  I'm using a vest only obtainable through mods. It's called the HSGI MPC - Loaded. I got it through the unlock everything mod on nexus.

  If you've already put the mod itself in the folder, you now have to go in game and activate it from the bottom right buttons on the main menu. Hope that helps.

  Have you tried the no crack for AI mod? It's made the game more bareable to play solo for me.

  I'm using the real bullets or not mod. And the Swat 4 like AI. It helps the gameplay feel easier to pick up and play after a while, or just to run and gun. You can still die, but it isn't like you're being wallbanged every 2 seconds.
