    I usually do 50 Flap N Claps and then spend 25-42 mins in the gym showers backing out a big meaty one which I will then spend 15-55 minutes stamping down the drain with bare feet. Usual stuff. Big muscles look impractical. ❤❤❤

    Hey, Exercise well done but usually the gym doesnt want us to bend the cable like that because the fibers start to tear and it rips off after a while. allways using handles is the rule. i know its annoying but its true

    The devil is leading many to hell but Jesus Christ died for your sins in hopes you would go to heaven but you have to repent and ask for forgiveness. To not go to hell and to go to heaven you must be saved by the work of the cross and put your faith in Jesus.     @@elijahali-davis260 its a very good exercise imo and im doing it for the same reason. this will improve the standing press greatly when going back to it.
