I usually do 50 Flap N Claps and then spend 25-42 mins in the gym showers backing out a big meaty one which I will then spend 15-55 minutes stamping down the drain with bare feet. Usual stuff. Big muscles look impractical. ❤❤❤

Hey, Exercise well done but usually the gym doesnt want us to bend the cable like that because the fibers start to tear and it rips off after a while. allways using handles is the rule. i know its annoying but its true

@@elijahali-davis260 its a very good exercise imo and im doing it for the same reason. this will improve the standing press greatly when going back to it.
