It is pretty simple, People like Newton sound ignorant with how they speak. There language and how they speak does not work on the national level. Too many sponsors would revolt and fans would complain. When You sound ignorant, no one is going to give You the chance to prove Yourself in media. When You sound like a whiner, and let us be honest, Some athletes whine too much, no one wants to take a chance on You. This is a Business, Newton may be really knowledgeable and have a lot to offer in the broadcast booth, but He whines too much, deflects blame from Himself too much, and just sounds ignorant most of the time. If You cannot sound professional on Your own platform, why would a Billion dollar industry give You a chance!?!
