Examples of this test are Ability test, Achievement tests etc. Psychometric Questionnaire: Psychometric questionnaire is a test that measures the typical performance of the participants. Examples of this test are personality tests, motivation tests, emotion tests etc.

One of the difference between a Test & a Questionnaire is that Test can be any tool (a universal set) to measure any characteristic where as Questionnaire is one such tool (sub set of universal set) to measure.
