I put a new cdi in my 2003 piaggio LT 150 to bypass immobilizer, and though it will start up and idle perfectly, it will not go over 10 mph. Anyone help me with fix

Note that O-rings can be replaced with matching Viton rings however sourced. When I get a rebuild kit I measure OD, ID and thickness which lets you cross check to ensure you use a correct replacement.

To confirm- are the front and rear bushings on the LCA the same part number? It looks like from what you show they are. My confusion is because Moog sells one that looks exactly like the part you use, but it says rearward position?? And then they don’t have one for the forward position.

You where lucky that the feed hole allowed access to the pinch bolt on the yoke, it doesn't on most builds, the nozzle is set and bolt tightened before the core is assembled

You have an extra o-ring because you re-installed the old one. Watch your video and you will see it was right after you found that o-ring hiding in the ziplock baggy.😂

why don't you just use a splice or a t-tap put a gauge there and extend the line up to your high pressure pump.

yeah, I think anymore part quality is just horrible. bought a set of 3/8 guideplates, had them for 1.5 years before I installed and found that they are horrible with alignment. broke them, aligned them, then welded them back together.

Have you had any troubles with the ignition coil? I’m looking at one now and the owner said he replaced the spark plug and he thinks the coil is the problem.

Everyone MAKE SURE: The replacement UPPER BALL JOINTS are NOT IDENTICAL to the factory ball joints. Don't let that discourage you, you did not order the wrong part. This happened to me twice on a 69 and a 72. It turned out the new ones are redesigned replacements that do infact fit with instructions and work perfectly. More info can be found in CaddyDaddy and elsewhere.

This was a great and very helpful video! I just changed all my lowers and upper control arms and ball joints on my 1999 K2500 Suburban. Mine also had the forged lower control arms as well. I ended up loosening the front differential bolts (2) and removing the one directly under it on the drivers side. Once I had that out with the use of a prybar and a bit of leverage the bolt came out with tapping it with a punch and hammer and turning a bit. From there the hardest part was getting all the bushings pressed out. I ended up renting a tool (even though I have a press) and it made it a bit easier than trying to hold those heavy ass lowers and pressing them out. I chucked mine in a vise and used the tool and an impact to get most of the work done. But overall was a long process. Take your time and don't get in a hurry. Thanks again for the great video!
