Yes, efficiency is money, I agree. Because this is a relatively large mould, we must ensure the quality of the product while ensuring production efficiency. Improving efficiency and reducing quality is not our purpose.

First, you may be able to increase the volume of oil going to the core pull cylinders. However the big issue is there seems to be about a five second delay between when the cores are pulled, and ejection takes place. This has absolutely no bearing on the quality of the part. The part is finished, just get it out of the mold so you can make another quality table. There are several possible causes for this delay, any of which can be resolved quickly.
