I'm not sure how much I lost in terms of weight right after the session. However, I did feel much lighter after the session, and my stomach did go down. I was bloated and had a ton of gas 😏😩😭

I am OBSESSED with Hemp Milk!!! It’s AMAZING!!!!!!! I like to add in also sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds sometimes. Or walnuts. Or cashews. Or whatever I’m feeling. I found a little 10 ml bottle of Valentino Voce Viva Intense at Burlington the other day for $20, and initially bought it for my girlfriend. We've been reconciling our relationship lately 🥳 and I've been really getting into this new hobby of fragrances. I've bought some gorgeous fragrances for myself, and a few for her too, but so far I've gotten her two fragrances, that I ended up keeping myself lol and that Valentino one is one of them. It's definitely a feminine fragrance, but I don't care! The first one was Kilian "Born to be Unforgettable", which I kept after reading that Alberto Morillas created it, because he's one of my favorite perfumers. It's a more unisex fragrance, and has a unique cola aroma. My favorite fragrance house so far is probably Louis Vuitton, but I also really like Argos and Mancera and Bond No 9, and I love the Maison Margiela Replica fragrance line. My Katie Kat (that's my cute nickname for her) really loves Harry Potter, so I've been wanting to see if she likes those "House of Sillage" fragrances that are Harry Potter themed, but they're so expensive! I don't even know how much they cost, but the bottles have fancy crystals and stuff on them, so I'm pretty sure that they make houses like Creed or PDM look inexpensive lol sorry about the saga length comment.

Both are good!! I agree!! Your body will eliminate waste and getting a colonic is a choice, not a necessity. However, the average person's colon is holding pounds of stored waste because of their diet, and colonics will reduce bloating, and constipation, and help with weight loss. Yes, I gained the weight back which was a learning experience for me. I’ve realized that I have to change a few more habits and make better lifestyle choices. This is a journey, not a sprint. Every time I fall I get right back up and continue to learn what works for my body.

I finally tried the intermittent fasting and keto program and WOW , not only did I lose weight but did not struggle to keep it off, its the best way in my opinion , don't let the fasting part scare you , maybe do some research on both. These two programs changed my weight loss life, you'll love it , a good one to look up is dr eric berg but there are other hollistic drs who speak on it too.
