I prey all the time in the morning to show appreciation before I step out when something good happens. quick "thank you God". and meditation combined with prayer is like a conversation. God listened to you then you meditate on your prayer 🙏 😊 ✌ 😌 ❤

Excellent. Being a servant (Doulos, literally a slave) of Christ, actually makes you free: Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?” Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever. Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. John 8:31-36 NKJV If we believe in His word and become His servants by doing His word, then He shall set us free from sin. That should be our identity as Christians. That was Paul's identity: Paul, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God Romans 1:1 NKJV That was Paul's identity and it should be ours. The only thing that matters, having that identity in Christ.

It helps me to go "beyond fairness" with others when I humbly consider how my life might change if the focus were on things being fair. Many of the things I have in my life are not things I've earned or in any way deserve. And I've certainly been given grace or had transgressions overlooked that deserved judgement and consequence. I think about how little I care about things being unfair when they benefit me! That perspective helps me to treat others in the way that I enjoy being treated.
