  This recording sounds like many a home recording with a slightly out of tune Piano. Having said that this young man who was to become a world Icon sounds brilliant. He was brilliant.

  Mario as a alterboy in school saw his career looking up at the choir loft. He knew what was ahesd of him. I know this for a fact being close to the family and from south philly where Freddie Cocozza Mario Lanza was born and raised. God bless him for all the joy he gave us.❤

  Many years ago I heard her live in Norma. Her coloratura when heard live in the theatre was less distracting then it sometimes is in recordings and her dramatic abilities were also very great.

  Did Mario glorify the Lord with his talents or what! He did what our Lord intended. He shared his musical gifts with us.
