Merci beaucoup. Grâce à toi je ne dois pas acheter un nouveau. Ma femme insiste depuis 2 jours. 😅

This worked. I used a smaller eyeglass screwdriver without taking it apart. I was able to spin the motor. Thank you

Before trying this, compressed air can also help.

How do I get the freaking housing for the dust bin off my a10? Every damn thing i look at is about another product. This is making me so angry

Just a heads up to anyone having this issue, I tried what this video was saying but it didn’t help anything. I further took it apart to where I had just the motor component in hand and what I found out the problem was one of the bigger copper wires coming up from the motor to the circuit board was severed somehow. I touched the two pieces together and tried the motor again and it spun up just like normal. Currently working on getting ready to solder it back together. This video helped me getting to the motor so thanks!

Quick fix, just use a hook and pick tool. You can slide it threw the plastic piece without having to take anything apart.

Amazing! I was hesitant to try it, but decided one to do it and it worked!!! It was annoying putting it back together, but overall my vacuum is fixed. Thank you!!!

OMG, I have this problem with my A10. I think your solution could apply on A10 too. It's very similar construction. I'm going to take it apart. Will get back to you later.

Thank youuu!!! I have a hero 10 from a few years ago. I thought it broke back then, but it sat around for a couple of years. When I tried it recently, it started up out of nowhere, and I was super excited! Then it kept acting up, and you showed me how to take it apart to investigate! (Different model, but it's fairly similar) and figured it's not like I could harm it anymore, and I got it working again! Thanks!!

About to do the same thing on my a10. Any tips besides what's in the video?
