    I hate my snap on rachets! I would take a gearwrench 120xp flex head over eny Snap-On far better quality I broke plenty of snap on rachets haven't yet broken my gearwrench rachets or rachet wrenches and I am not easy on them

    I love their hard handle screwdrivers. I refer their screwdriver handles as a modified Snap On.

    I have to say it so maybe someone else can chime in. That box design has been around forever. I have old USA Barcalo and Power kraft that have it. And the rust on them is older than I am.

    no aircraft mechanic but oftentimes used 1/4 braker bars to remove driveshaft and tcases on jeep since there is not much space to use a ratchet wrenches

    There’s no 16 and sometimes you need a 5/8 so that’s a problem right there

    @@michaelmartinez9602 Then throw one in. I just puller an LML diesel out of a 2015 chev they are all 15, 13 and 10mm. 2 times I needed an 18. So it take what you need and leave the rest.

    Put all bolts in lose , throw a wheel on, and drive it around , then wen it separates, drive it back in shop lol, cv’s do suck though lol

    Beautiful but that flex head will become wobbly over time . Should have gotten a locking flex head

    I believe any generic 21mm combination would have also worked or a quality adjustable wrench for that matter now if you really want to show off good wrench buy a wright grip 2.0 and you’ll sell your MAC and Snap on at your next yard sale

    Did you think about removing the nut from the end of the axle before attempting to remove it from the knuckle? I see torch marks and the nut is still on the axle end.

    I’m not familiar with that particular insult. What are you trying to express? All I said was maybe take the nut off the axle and you might not need the torch. It’s not my fault you realized your mistake and felt like a dumbass.

    You need a big breaker, or a 12 foot cheat bar. Oh, and a press. I dont think there's anything a good press wont remove, because a good press will squish that metal. The axle will give way first. 5 tons is not a press

    I live in Colorado and any self respecting mechanic puts anti-seize or grease on the splines on hub side of the cv axle. Yall may not agree however I’ve never had an axle get stuck after I’ve worked on a vehicle for that specific reason

    Been there brother and feel your pain.. i bent the support shelf on a 20 ton press trying to get a stuck axle stub out... ended up getting a new knuckle from a scrapyard..

    I just put a glob of dielectric greez on the sides of the socket and it holds any not in perfect! Way cheeper to!
