Adventures in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. There is so much to see and do across this beautiful land we call the UP and I'll share with you some of my adventures as often as I can through a Yooper's eyes. I'll film, photograph, hike, camp, fish, kayak, drive, bike, and have fun showing you as much as I can as often as I can. When I am not adventuring on my own I am leading guided tours to people from across the world who want to escape the hustle of the city life and want a memorable nature experience. I hope you enjoy the content that I share with you, thanks for subscribing and commenting.

With the road construction and weather it reminds me of the movie Finale Destination, were they were on a bridge of the same caliber.
We always went over it when we were little. We had a place Up-North... I am so use to it now. Though it can be scary in Winter.....
That bridge has always scared the Da Yooper out of me. No matter how many times I went over it.
I have been over this bridge so many times, it would be hard to calculate. I like the drive from L.P. to U.P. much better. I love seeing it in the distance as you are driving on 75, north. It means you are that much closer to heaven on earth.
I hardly drive over it anymore.
@@TourDaYooP Because you already live in heaven.
This looks AWESOME! You have THE BEST JOB EVER! Love the U.P.!
Glad you like it!
Fantastic! It is gorgeous! Love the Thimbleberries!
"Promo sm" ☺️
This is really beautiful! Well Done!
The best place on earth... the U.P.! Great video, thank you!
for sure a wonderful place to live, work, and play
Just returned home from a grouse hunting trip in the U.P.. While the weather was cool and a mix of sunshine and light rain, ( sometimes within 5 minutes of each other), it's always great to get up there in the fall. And the grouse were out and about, too.
nice hopefully it was success with a few grouse, the UP is always fun anytime of the year -- Yooper Steve
best movie ever
Wow! Glad everyone was alright.
My God it is BEAUTIFUL there! I figure this video is current? Wow! The colors are already bright in this area. The first time I went to Craig Lake State park (about 20 years ago) it was a rough ride. I ended up getting a flat tire but it was worth it.
No the color isn’t current was from 2022 Oct 5. It’s getting close to being like that though, beginning next week should be getting golden yellows.
Thanks for your reply. @@TourDaYooP

Thanks
Well done!
thanks, was trying to upload a short, but it didn't upload as one, I fixed that now as I uploaded it as a short =)
20 seconds is not enough! So beautiful! The best place on earth, the U.P.!
True 😀 so much to see
Thank you for the video. That was a lot of work clearing those trees. It looked like a beautiful day you had. Even thought it was hard work, it was spending the day in the woods, which is the best. That full netting you had on, looked like you needed it with all the bugs in the video. Black flies are the worse. I enjoyed hearing John speak about where the trail use to be, always enjoy hearing about the past in the U.P. and how things have changes. (And it looks like John has the same type of truck as me.) I LOVE THE WILD FLOWERS! So beautiful! I have one suggestion, not so much music. At the end when you are walking back to truck and pointing out the wild flower, it is nice to hear the birds in the back ground and even your feet as you crunch the leaves. That is just me, I love the sound of the wood. Even the silence when you have a calm day. I am so looking forward to your videos, Steve, to keep me connected to my favorite place, The U.P.
trail work is usually a bit of work, it was a pretty nice day not to hot, but pretty buggy. thanks for the feedback. -- Yooper Steve
BE CAREFUL!
This is awesome! WTG!
I have been to Mt. Arvon a few time. Have not been to Mount Curwood.
The water is very clear! The U.P. is a magical place! Love the U.P.!
Wow! A large batch! My mouth is watering.... Have to get enough to make jam.
Yes, real surprise to see them.
What? July 12? Too early!
Gotta say...not thrilled with those berries. Way too many seeds and it's not a sweet berry.
But supposedly the Monks call them and wild strawberries, "Red Gold".
They’re tasty, it grows on ya

I was told by an elder gentleman who grew up in this area, he told me that 100 years ago the shore was 150 yards out from where it is now.
Can you make another video for 2019 damage..
