I'm thinking about purchasing the Mozart or the DaVinci 1 Pro for my bedroom, the idea is to place it above the bed and project to a blackout curtain because I have a window in front of me. Distance will be 3.2m and my max screen size should be 70 inches. Does the variable zoom works for this?

With a throw ratio of 1.2 given by Mozart and DaVinci and at a distance of 3.2 meters, the projected image size would normally be about 151 inches. To achieve a screen size of 70 inches, you would need to reduce this size by about 54%. However, Mozart and DaVinci offer the ability to reduce the image size by up to 50%. In this case, with a maximum reduction of 50%, you could achieve a screen size of approximately 75.5 inches, which is quite close to your target of 70 inches. Therefore, it would be feasible to get quite close to the desired screen size for your setup.

Nice comparison! Just purchased the Mozart 1 Pro, as the Horizon is 3-4 times more expensive where I live. Contrast ratio looks better on Wanbo and sound quality seems better too. Love that it has Netflix. Patiently for it to be delivered! 😂

It's not sealing for me, maybe it needs to charge first? It doesn't blink fast but very slow when connected

However, single-chip DLP projectors are known for their limitations in black levels and the "rainbow effect," as seen in comparisons. This is due to scattered unused light reflecting as dim gray on the screen during dark scenes. For improved results, dual-chip or higher-priced DLP models may be necessary. I share with you my feedback with the Wanbo after almost a year. The Wanbo image quality is magnificent, after testing three projectors. the price is really very competitive compared to the rest on the market. I was very satisfied. I had the xgimi for a few months and what I perhaps regret from the xgimi compared to the wanbo is in the noise level. The Xgimi was impressively quiet but with a less clear image than the wanbo (for me). When I bought the wanbo, its noise more audible than the Xgimi but not disturbing. after several months of use, the noise has increased (at least 30%) and it becomes disturbing. I may regret the xgimi for that. oh i forget, the sound of the wanbo is really rotten.

Cool video... But i got one question. You say that the TT got Chromecast build in. Is this only in the KZread app, or all over the system in other apps like prime video?

wtf? everything was greatuntil it got tothemovie test. How bizarre. Did you notice how he kept moving his csamera around so we couldnt actually compare the movies? Same thing on contrast comparison. Camera always moving. Weird.And really weird is the blacks look a lot better on the XGIMI in later tests

My qicle has a quite long saddle carrier. It is long enough for a man taller than 190. I am 184 and it is all right for me. So you have a shorter saddle pipe than i have on the bike.

Just excellent comparison brother. Do u get a hands on for Wanbo Mozart ? I want to know which is better in terms of movie streaming and sound quality. Plus my screen projection distance will be 3.7M. Can wanbo tt does auto focus adjustment in such distance and is the image blurry ? If that is the case, I believe we can do manual focus and adjust the screen size using projection zoom right?

Thanks for your comment! I currently have the Wanbo Mozart, and it's definitely superior in terms of sound and image quality. I've tested the Mozart at about 4.4M, and it struggles with focus at that distance. However, at 3.7M, it should work fine. As for the Wanbo TT, it can focus at 4.4M, so you won't have any issues at your distance. You can adjust the zoom if needed, but remember, if you exceed the physical distance limit, you won't get a sharp image.

I didn't personally measure the brightness, but according to the manufacturer, the Wanbo TT projector boasts 650 ANSI lumens.
