  Is this a joke ? if not ... this is the most useless self defense technics xd. tV, MOVIES OR EVERYTHING makes women to think they could beat everyman with a kick in the balls but .... come on .. open ur eyes. WOmen are weak, less force, weaker muscles, weight between 40 an 60 kg... if they don't catch u without guard it´s like 99% they can´t hit u in the balls and get their heads blowed out with a single punch with several damage xD xD. i'm 37y, Kb & bjj BB, more than 25 years in martial arts. I'm not trash talking u but u put women in danger with this kind of stuff.
