at 42:50 in the clip... .isn't 200,000mcg with 100mg tabs (bid) 2 tablets at each dose? 200,000 mcg = 200mg/100mg = 2 tabs. Not one tab. It is 100mg per tab. You want to give 200mg twice a day, not 200mg total for the day.

Courtney Irving "Excellent teacher! Thank you for this!! For the metoprolol practice question, there seems to have been an error: It’s asking us to give 200,000mcg twice daily. This is equivalent to 200mg twice daily. We have 100mg tablets available. So we would give 2 tablets per dose. (which is what the question was asking). This would mean that the patient would get 2 of the 100mg tablets for the first dose and 2 of the 100mg tablets for the second dose. (Totaling 400mg per day)." is correct The dosing is 200mg bid, 2 tabs in the morning and the evening, 200mg (Ordered dose)/100( available dose) * 1 (tab concentration)= 2 tabs per dose
