I just had a new transmission in my 2003 that also has the 3800 engine in it. There is no body damage or paint damage or interior damage to it. It run perfect as my daily driver.

I had a 98 and oh do I miss it. Drove like your typical land yacht, with extra pep and decent but numb handling. And I had a wired phone in the glovebox.

I am a fan of the 1st-generation Impulse, because of its T-body origins in the Brazilian Chevrolet Chevette that was used as the launchpad for our own (U.S.) Chevette.

This was the only early generation W body cars worth buying,it was the only one that came with a 3800 V6 , the other cars weren't large enough to take a 90 degree engine

Man this car is so beautiful. It really gets overshadowed by its big brother but it only makes sense. If I could have one of these with some nice A/C and my city pop playlist, I could probably die happy haha. Thanks for the very knowledge/entertaining video. Cheers!

As Buick is the big seller in China, GM should acquired Isuzu and turn it into GM Japan to say the Isuzu trucks becomes Chevrolet, and yet the Pontiac Storm; to be sold first in Japan and then export to the US.

had the 91 RS. That thing was crazy. When the boost hit it would pull you off the pedal and slam your head back into the bucket seats. top speed in 1st gear was 15mphs and i had it up to 130 where it topped out. You could dump the clutch and it would hop sideways spinning all 4 tires. The sheet metal was so thin you would dent it if you leaned on it. Hard to get parts for though and my brother in law hit a deer with it and the deer totaled it.

We bought one of the first ones when they came out in the fall of '87. When the outside temperature fell in the single digits, the horn started honking intermittently by itself in the garage. The "wood" on the dashboard was Contact paper like you use to line your kitchen shelves. Around 60,000 miles they told us the transmission was starting to fail. It was basically garbage.

My favorite car is my 92 regal GS 4 door. Drove it to 282,000 miles when I deemed it unsafe due to an accident and rust. Have had 4 regal GS in total. 90,92,98,18. The 98 regal is approaching 400,000 miles. I seriously doubt the 2018 will make it anywhere close to that miles. The 3800 was unstoppable.
