Does a tiffin owner have to bring the coach to Alabama only for warranty work? Are there Tiffin service centers around the country
Although we would prefer to work on your motorhome, warranty can be performed at your selling dealership and possibly other service providers in your area. If you would like assistance locating service providers, please call our Customer Service Technicians by dialing 256-356-0261 and we will help you find someone to help you, or visit our website to see which service providers are near you! tiffinmotorhomes.com/service-center-locations
Livin' here in Texas- Tiffin makes the most sense in terms of its's location, but I agree a factory delivery would be epic
Our 37Ap Allegro Bus turns so tightly that our dog that enjoys chasing his tail is jealous 🐾
Great info well done !!!’
I thought you only take appointments for 4 years or newer? If you have an older coach like an 2018 is on standby. Is that true?
Our Mechanic Shop will work on motorhomes older than 4 years. Please give us a call, we would love to help you get your Tiffin product serviced! 😊 Our number is 256-356-0261, listen for the prompt for retail customers and then the prompt to the Mechanic Shop. Safe travels!
We had our coach worked on recently at the chassis shop and they did a great job. We will only take our coach to them for annual service and any other work needed. Ya’ll are first class and Donald and Mark are very attentive, they check recalls without being asked and also have great mechanics that do the work right. A top notch crew.
Really nice rig
Is the bar available as an accessory for my van,I want to replace the two seats
How accessible is the Aqu- Hot burner for yearly maintenance??
Great question, James. on most models there should be a drop down door under the jump seat area for access to that area.
What Kenwood is that in the dash?
So, Tiffin, please consider.. You have posted two recent videos and a couple prior videos featuring feature that are only available on the Zephyr. Your marketing department needs to do some basic financial math and look at how much $$ Zephyr sales generates to your bottom line vs sales of Phaetons/Bus/and the rest of your product line. Maybe the hours spent doing these videos would be a better investment doing videos featuring the _rest_ of the product line that generate most of your sales. I, for one, am not really interesting in features that I will never have on my coach or any future coach that I might purchase. Instead of talking about a door that many of would love on a lower level coach, but cannot and probably will never be able to have. Maybe feature the option of the behind the bed exit door available on much more of your product line. That could probably actually generate a bunch of optional sales to the majority of your prospective buyers!!!!
Provides a convenient access point for loading items that end up in the rear of the coach. Just hand them up to your partner. Also makes any work on the toilet a breeze.
Should be mandatory on all coaches at all price points
The fact they had to add this switch tells me having your AC and other things run thru a central control system is a bad idea. I'll keep manual light switches and separate thermostats in my RV thank you. And this is not a dig specific to Tiffin, it applies to all RVs. Most of us don't want that complicated kind of control system.
wow...great layout....I like the fact that you can fully stand up in the bedroom as opposed to having reduced heads pace in units that opt for a big garage underneath the twin beds
Yes, Tiffin is unique in offering residential fridges. Huh? Still putting those cheap fridge door latches on there.
Nice coach. Unless I missed it, is there a pass-through in the overhead bed cabinet for a CPAP hose? It would be nice to see the bay storage as well.
Check about 9 min 20 second mark
I love this and have been wanting one since they introduced this floorplan. My only gripe is the faucet is raised so high that it is obstructing the view of the tv. That's easy to fix. I want one so bad.
Are you able to retrofit a 2023 GH1 with the Adventure Bar in Red Bay?
I am the owner of a 2022 Midas 24RT. I have had a few problems, but I have been very happy with Tiffin’s product in the most part. And I am extremely happy that I did not buy a Thor Compass or Gemini. If this 25BT model had been available when I was shopping 18 months ago, I probably would have purchased it instead. The Tiffin Midas advantages over the Compass/Gemini are 1) 2000w inverter so that TVs and non-GFCI electrical outlets can operate from the house batteries, 2) two house batteries, 3) a 4000w gasoline generator that is easily accessible from the side and not under a bed, 4) beds that are 76” long (on my 24RT), 5) Truma hot water heater, 6) insulated aluminum outside compartment doors with slam latches, 7) fiberglass roof, 8) water-miser (circulation back to fresh tank) in the shower, 8) a reasonable sized (but still small) shower, 9) and no skylight in the front cap to leak. My specific Midas came with an extended range gasoline tank (31 gallons), a soft start AC, and BigFoot auto-levelers (which appears to no longer be an option). However, I wished that it had come with a spare tire, jack, lug wrench, and a Ford emergency gasoline fill funnel. The advantages of this new 24BT over my 24RT that I see are 1) the jump seat option, 2) both beds are equal in width (mine are 37” true twin size and 27”), 3) more interior storage, 4) and a split bathroom. The advantage of my 24RT over the 24BT is much more outside storage in the rear. I have several videos on my channel discussing my 24RT model, along with my problems and improvements. I would still buy a Ford Transit based motorhome over a Mercedes Sprinter (because of cargo carrying capacity, diesel/DEF increased maintenance, etc.), and Tiffin would still be my choice at this price point. The addition of the 24BT to the product line is a great choice by Tiffin.
The layout of the RED37 BA is much better but it should be 40 feet and I like slider windows. 🤷♀️
No. The 37BA has a smaller kitchen and smaller main bathroom
I want one! I see an adventure van trip to Baja in my future 🤙
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I was shown how to sync the sides by doing it at the control box. It much better.
No problems yet on our 2015 Allegro Bus but we understand the counter-intutive holding down of a button controlling an electric motor. There is alway the ZOOM solution.
We’ve had nothing but problems with our schwintec. Junk!
Maybe that sticker paper was just placed onto the wall ? Andrew Steele did a fantastic job in selling these units, but you'll added another 40-60% mark up. Why ,the rate at what you have a person is better at getting a Marathon, I can see value their not here. Just sales talk.
Very nice coach but wish tiffin offered an emergency egress door in bath like Newmar does.
Hi David, we offer an emergency egress door in the bathroom on our Allegro Bus 45 FP floor plan! A bedroom egress door is an option on our other three Allegro Bus floor plans: the 35 CP, 40 IP, and 45 OPP. Hope that helps!
Maybe bring back bunks and make motorhomes for actual families would help
Tiffin Allegro Red 38 KA has bunkbeds
What happened to the "Game Changer" one piece smart slides? Here is a video about them. kzread.info/dash/bejne/m46gr6-xYdC5fqg.html So sad Thor is bringing down the quality and ingenuity of Tiffin to save money. I love Tiffin and am sad it is changing.
👍🏻
I still can't believe Freightliner hasn't put cruise controls on the steering wheel. Cheap, cheap, cheap.
you get more bang for your buck with a red.
Well I've seen the cabinets, and they are cheaply made looks like plastic with a laminated wood look. Seems like after covid all materials of every motorcoach brand has gone to the cheapest possible materials. So sad, there's no quality anymore
That is so untrue. It is made from real cherry hardwood. The select a superior cut of wood without knots so it stains properly. People like you are so negative. You wouldn’t know quality if it smacked you in the face.
We were recently at a show, and were surprised to not see dovetail drawers in the Allegro Bus. Also, no more X15 option?
NICE coach!
Nice!
Everybody loves Me Bob

Happy birthday Bob!! It was an honor and pleasure to sit down and meet with you last week! We are so proud of our 2023 Phaeton!
I love my 23 Midas 24MT. Some of the tweaks for 24/25 are really nice and Tiffin has been amazing to work with. Shout out to Hannah in parts and Greg in Service. Thank you!
I wish that #Merecedes-Benz would use the AWD chassis like the Ford Transit!
I love my 2022 Midas 24RT. A few problems, but a bigger bathroom and several special features above the direct competition.
My favorite B class RV for a single or couple. Such smart use of space, better than the Wayfair, and a chassis with usable CCC..
We met Bob in Red Bay, he is a true gentleman. We love our 2020 34PA. We tell everyone the PA stands for “Perfectly Adorable” 😎☺️
Thank you Leigh for sharing. Communication is the breakfast of champions and letting the loyal and dedicated Tiffin customers know where the company is and where it is going is key to survival.
