well if not this place then where is the best place to buy a good quality suit??????
We're can I get the strapping kit from
im gonna use black clothes and wear the luke skywalker helmet and i am a tie fighter pilot rebel pilot mix
The last number on the tag you read "10333" is the color code and height. 10331, 10332, 10333 is spruce green short, regular, and tall- so "10333" is spruce green tall. I'm not sure what the 420 is, maybe size. 10336, 10337, 10338 is tex-green short, regular, and tall. This is important because there are no other marking on the hang tag for color, only the chest tag that is usually removed. The spruce green, charcoal, and tex-green are all so similar looking, especially after age and washings that you can't really be 100% sure which color they are unless they're new with that tag. But I think all 3 colors look great
You convinced me 😊
What would you recommend then?
RS Propmasters or CFO (Cast From Original) only legit options for lineage pieces.
Not really discussing much apart from ripping the guys armour ...
I found the Big Mac coveralls for 25 dollars on eBay
Thanks for posting this.
Olive drab....is the paint
Ainsworth never designed the Stormtrooper helmet. Liz Moore and Brian Muir designed and Moore sculpted the original Stormtrooper helmet. Moore also sculpted the first C3P0 helmet. Ainsworth mass produced what was already designed. He was never involved in the creative process and in fact, he never once spoke to Muir or Moore. Ainsworth is a fraud.
Thank you Richie, your video is a good guidence for me.
Who actually says five hundred and first legion? It's the "Five-O-First Legion".
Did anyone mention how the ESB holster is on the right side? As someone right handed to me that’s a plus
Very cool.
I disagree. You get to know your armor better when you do it yourself. If you ever need to repair it, you're so much more familiar with what to do... To me, and other people, it's just lazy and kind of cheating to have somebody build it. You appreciate it more. It's an achievement you can be proud of. I'm doing my 3rd build if you include help my wife with her build (I made her go it herself and in the end, she appreciates it).
Great article, Liz was my mother
Harness is sitting to high should be just below knees.plus it does not make any difference which side leg flares go on
This video refuses to play for some reason :/
I've added a gunbelt and lightsaber to my pilot outfit.
Any suggestions for where to get clone armor
Anyone have a direct current link to these coveralls??
Do you wear black eye makeup under the mask?
Thank you! This was very descriptive! Liked and subscribed!
So who makes the best armor ?
Awesome video great tips. Pliss wear gloves and mask that glue cause cancer.
Looks great!
Thanks! Was really discouraged about connecting them but this helped
Thanks for your video, you’ve help point me in the right direction!
I couldn't get past the first 90 seconds of hearing this guy.
Love these insights!!! Love ‘em!
The coveralls were actually found to be the Sears Tradewear Coveralls in the "Tex Green" color
Great video.... I always loved the look of the stormtroopers from 'Empire'....I honestly never knew they were any different... I just assumed that it was because 'Empire' was my favourite film. The black frown looks so much better 👍
I took a hiatus from this hobby back about the time you started. I do remember the bells being the most accurate that I'd seen with the curved swoosh just like the ANH. I thought I'd heard he probably had something on the bells from the original, but I've missed the last 10 years in this hobby.
Can you review the Authentic Props armor from Canada?
Are you referring to the Armor FX armor from the 90's?
Good info, helped out heaps, thankyou
While I disagree almost entirely, I can definitely see why someone would have a preference of the ESB. Personally, I like the handmade aspect of the hand painted helmets. It feels much more unique, like an art piece. I prefer the gray frown, mainly for nostalgic reasons. I think part of #5 depends on whether you're assembling It yourself or it's painted by someone else. I ordered from RS and the fact that they do everything, including the painting and weathering, makes ANH ultimately my personal preference.
I have a WTF TK kit. What’s the difference or how to tell difference between Left and Right? I got the front, they are flat and back is curved.
I don't have that money and will just make it out of foam
Hi i was wondering if you could tell what size the small flat head screws that are showing on the outside of the chest, abdomen, and everywhere else on your stormtrooper build? So i can have the more movie detailed look.
Thank you! Your video was incredibly helpful with deciding on this glue
Their helmet is atrocious.
just tell americans it is od green. means olive drab green. old school army green basically.
Even the e11 blaster shepperton design is not well made . I bought and etsy 3d printed one and it’s way better
What about white doc martens Chelsea boots? Just wondering if they’d be ok, or terrible?
Where can I get blasters from?
Absolutely loved jedi robe looked and felt like the exact same thing man’s pointing out the lil details that dont even matter and u can easily fix on your own by just adjusting it I recommend this place
I agree. RS Propmasters is top notch. I love my RS full commission ANH TK😀
what do you get if you join the 501st???
Why? It's basically thin Goop and can peel off. Ah, ABS print. If PLA, not a great choice.
