    Strong BUY. Still early innings. NVIDIA is the dominant leader in AI and the preferred technology partner globally. Even w new competition on the horizon, NVIDIA is far ahead of the competition. 85% market share. 76% margin. Unrivaled demand for new Blackwell chip. Demand far exceeds production for Blackwell through to 2025 and beyond. No competitor has anything close to Blackwell and forward P/E is about 33 (cheap for a high growth stock). Buy this stock and wait. You will be rewarded.

    According to some experts, the United States and other regions of Europe may have a recession in 2023. Because China and emerging countries frequently grow faster than more developed economies, a global recession, which is defined as a decline in annual global per capita GDP, is more uncommon. Fundamentally, if economic growth lags behind population growth, the global economy is said to be in a recession.

    I would say Rolls Royce, not Cadillac. That's how few clients they have in their hundred thousand chip per quarter book. I repeat myself, but repetition is needed. The symbology of Bulls and Bears was well thought out. Bears are not just smarter than the grass eating cows, they can take care of themselves, they are real predators and most of all, they are free. The cow is domesticated, follows its master, often accompanied by a dog, and male cows are usually slaughtered young and sold as veal. Yet most people still want to be the young male cow.

    Buying a pre-construction condo is inherently risky by nature. What if the developer goes bankrupt in the mean time? Owners also have to consider that cost overruns could inflate the purchase price of the condo or the value of the condo could actually drop (at least in the current RE environment). In any event, even if would-be buyers decide to back out the developers could go after them and they would lose their deposit. IMO, condos are extremely overrated, anyway. They've always been seriously overpriced and on top of that condo fees are absolutely ridiculous with no reason to be. It's pure profiteering. It doesn't cost the property management company hundreds of dollars per month/per unit (amount to potentially tens of thousands per month) to maintain a building. Condo fees are a complete ripoff.

    The guys is talking about the cost of the Chip instead of cost of operation. Every next generation of Chip Nvidia produces is not only faster , but it is also cheaper to operate and uses less energy, by a lot. So you can scale those AI models even more. Imagine Tesla makes new model every year that double the range it can travel on one charge? Can Tesla increase the price of the car by 20 percent then? Would that be expensive?

    Trudeau and Freeland clearly know they are lying with their 0.13% BS and far more Canadians will get taxed directly. The higher capital gains tax will also make investment in Canada less attractive and kill JOB creation by large and small businesses. Those JOBS are how the middle class eats. Trudeau’s policies are long-term suicide for 99.87% of Canadians.

  • @pacman3556
    @pacman35566 сағат бұрын

    EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS.............. While I don't support Trudeau you shouldn't believe PP either. He is lying and helping the rich at the expense of middle and working class people. THIS CHANGE IS NOT A NEW TAX. NOR WILL IT AFFECT 95% of CANADIANS. This is how the tax system and how the proposed system works so you understand how this does not effect you and makes rich people pay more of their fair share: As a simple example: If Person A makes $100K per year in income from working at a job that $100K is considered fully taxable income. This person would pay about 33% MARGINAL tax rate on their income tax form so in total they would pay about $33K a year in taxes ($100K times by 33%) If Person B makes the same $100K per year but it is from capital gains then that person is currently allowed to deduct 50% of that income and only pay on 50% of that income. They would pay-- $100K times by 50%= $50K that they claim on their form. If they are in the same 33% marginal tax rate they pay 33% tax on that $50K so this person only pays $16,500 in taxes ($50K times by 33%). So this person pays less then the first person in taxes even though they make the same amount of money What the proposed change is to change the 50% that person B is allowed to claim (this is the INLCUSION RATE)- under the new changes Person B now has to claim 65% of their capital gains as income meaning they can only write off 35% of their income compared to 50% under the old rate. So in total Person B will now pay- $100K times by 65%= $65K that they need to claim as income and taxes apply (at 33% marginal tax rate). $65K times by 33%= $21,450 So in both cases the Person B will pay less in taxes then Person A even though they make the same amount however under the new changes Person B will now pay more in taxes which is closer to what Person A pays Or on a percentage of income bases: Person A pays 33% of their income in taxes Person B under the 50% inclusion rate only pays 16.5% of their income in taxes ($16.5K divide by 100K times by 100) With the new changes Person B will now pay 21.45% of their income in taxes On a percentage bases Person B pays less of their income then Person A in taxes even though they both make the same amount of money. This is because Person B makes income through Capital Gains. Since Rich people make more of their income through capital gains this means rich people pay less of their income on a percentage bases then middle and working class. Why is that fair to the rest of us? Also people need to understand 1- this is not a new tax in which anyone pays 50 or 65% of their income in the form of taxes. This is a change in the inclusion rate that the MARAGINAL tax rate (of about 33%) is applied to. The most anyone pass in taxes is about 33% (and in the case of capital gains it is 33% after inclusion is deducted so less income declared) 2- this is not a form of business tax so doesn't apply to business at all. Businesses Taxes are a completely different set of tax laws THIS IS PERSONAL INCOME that is declared on your personal income tax form 3- High earning people or occupations are not affected by this High earning jobs like doctors, lawyers, etc etc etc. All that income is earned working through a job. It is considered fully taxable income. It is not income earned through a capital gain so the change does not apply to them Essentially a person earning a lot of money working at a job is Person A in the example above....they are fully taxed while the capital gains earner is taxed less. 4- the INCLUSION rate on capital gains was 65% or higher up until the late 90s early 2000s and there were no crashes in our economy, no exit of investors, no lose of business, no doomsday economy etc etc etc. 5- housing is exempted from this exclusion rate if it is your primary home and you are moving. It does apply to investors buying and selling homes as a source of income (which it should because that would be an example of Person B- earning money but not declaring it). 6- this only applies on capital gains over $243K- any capital gains from $1 to $243K still gets to deduct 50%- it only applies to $243K and over (which means rich earners). By definition middle and working class people do not make $243K per year so this change does not effect them at all (so about 95% of Canadians). This change also does not even affect high income earners that make their money working at a job. This change only effects people that make more than $243K per year in capital gains. Which is rich people. So going to the examples above since more rich people then middle class and working class people make money through capital gains rich people pay less of their income on a percentage bases then middle class or poor people And to open the topic further this is only in reference to capital gains. Earnings from dividends works similar to capital gains. Since rich people make more of their income in dividends then middle class or working class they pay even less of their income on a percentage bases (think of the rich guy who is paid in stock options that earn dividends....both are capital gains and dividends.....average employee is not paid in stock options but in hourly wage or salary). To even further open the topic rich people are able to save more of their income through tax deductible items like RRSPs. Most working and middle class spend the majority of their income just to survive while rich people can save. Now to further open the topic once all taxes of all forms (GST, PST, property tax, gas tax, liquor tax etc etc etc) a rich person pays even less of their income in taxes. The average working individual pays 33% on their income tax. Of their remaining income they need to spend almost all of it to survive and almost all of everything they buy they pay some form of tax on so by the time they factor in all other taxes about 60% of their income goes to the govt (at some level) in some form of tax The average rich person on the other hand only pays 16 to 21% in income taxes (shown in above examples) and of their remaining income they spend less of it to survive. And things like GST, liquor, gas or sales tax are all fixed rate taxes so it works out to less per income for a rich person. Example if a middle class person pays 13% tax on a $100 item the rich person pays the same 13% on the same $100 item but that $13 in taxes is a different percentage of their incomes Don't let PP Lie to you and fool you. We should tax the rich. It is time they start paying their fair share. Rich or poor we are all equal in Canada so we should all pay the same amount.
