Thank you very much! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 They really helped!
I had accident 3 months ago. Fractured both hands. The right one with additional wrist fractured and locked with external fixation for 3 months. This task is not easy for me since my right hand is stiff as wood. Kinda worry about forcing my wrist to the max since it had fractured before and I don't have more time to wait for another healing time and limitation of diet options. Bone fractured is not fun. And removing 3 K wires and 4 external fixations is not fun. At all. You might be cool at first but once you can feel the pain, it's not cool anymore. At freaking all 😒
Thank you for info
Nice video do you have any other videos for tennis elbow
Thank you!
thank you god will bless you
I’m scared to do the exercise, it hurts, my bones doesn’t naturally fuse together
What's the point of showing someone who has an undamaged wrist doing these? Far more helpful if she showed the exercise, then showed just how little movement someone just out of a cast really has, and perhaps explaining how much improvement can realistically be expected in how much time.
Bullshit! So much misinformation out there… it's pretty ridiculous with the noneless people provide.
About a month ago I had a really bad mrsa infection in my wrist, they cut it in two places and drained it, I spent 4 days in the hospital on iv antibiotics, almost went septic. It’s all healed now but I cannot bend my wrist forward/ inward at all.. I’m not sure if it’s a tendon or ligament issue
It’s just froze with inactivity
Hello! I'm here to say these exercises work especially for those who recently got out of a cast. I found them six years ago when I broke my wrist and today I'm passing this video over to a friend who just broke her wrist.
Thank You!
They were weighing our babies on cold scales and ordering us to remove them from their covers
Well yeah.. that’s their job dumbass.
I used a ice pack wrong and I got a rash and my skin is numb and tingling and itchy in that area
Is anyone there i need help...
Low-effective exercises in my opinion.

Broke both my wrists 3 weeks ago. had surgery 2 weeks ago. Plates in each wrist. I now have removable splints. These are the exercises I was told to do.
I broke my right wrist and got 3 plates 2 weeks ago how long did it take you to heal?
@@zangetsuzero1386 I was going to respond sooner, but I lost the notification. First off, it depends on what you mean by heal. I broke both bones in each wrist. I have only one plate in each wrist. I guess it would be called a clean break and was close to the joint. At my last checkup, the main bones were mending nicely. The others were still floating, with no sign of mending. 1 week after surgery, my wrists were stable enough, that I was sent home with a weight limit. The doctor approved my living alone, as I had already shown that I could take care of myself. That means I had full finger flexibility and half of the wrist once I could move them. I have heard of weight lifters back to lifting weights months after. And one that would not heal properly until the plate was removed.
@@Miss_Michael4784 Firstly, I want to extend my best wishes for your recovery and overall health both physical and psychological. Also thanks for your informative posts. My question is, you said some of the bones are still floating with no sign of mending? Is your doctor concerned about this since it has been six months since your injury?
@@Bob31415 I was sure I had done a reply, but I can't find it. First, it is common if only the small bone is broken, then all you would get is a wrist brace. Floating just means no pins or anything else holding it in place, but it would still be in place. A single plate holding the large bones together is sufficient, as I had plastic braces that I could remove to do the exercises. By now the smaller bone should be well mended.
when i do the last exercise my wrist cracks?
Thank you so much🥺
Who else came here because it hurts when they deadlift?
Thank you
after how many weeks do you start? My doctor said to start since today but am scared to pull the braze off as it hurts when they have put it on 2 days ago.....
Hi! I'm 10 days post surgery. Is it normal I can't fully supinate the forearm?
Yeah it is same thing happened to me
I’ve learned ulnar deviation is not a great starting exercise for people with wrist pain as it can compress some of the carpal bones and lead to further arthrosis
🏆🏆
Thank you madam.
Nice video.

Broke my wrist during a soccer game a couple months ago and just got my cast off. Thank you for the advice.
Bro how long did it take to heal?
Cuz I had similar incident
@@mehdiqasimi9957 was in a cast for about 8 weeks. Wrist was really stiff after and felt limited range of motion. About seven months later I feel like I have most of it back. During the soccer games I have my wrist taped just in case. And going to the gym the Motions of holding the dumbbells and push-ups and different exercises helps Aid in getting most of my range back. I would say I'm probably at 98%.
hi! same incident happened to me 3 weeks ago. got my cast removed today but doctor told me to abstain from sports. how did you know you were ready to be back in the game, pls? did you wear a splint as well? thanks
@@shaadiyabee what sport are you playing if I may ask? I got my hand out of the cast but had a brace on and off. A lot of heat and ice in massaging. Took about four months off from any Hands-On Sports did some home therapy this was back in October and right now I feel like my hand is about 95%. It's scary but if you stay on top of it and work the mobility you will be back to normal. I do at least take my wrist during Sports just to be on the safe side
Nnnnmmmhhjmmmm
My hand was fractioned and after recovery my hand is bent what was the reason
This is such a cute video, I CAN FEEL THE MATERNAL INSTINCTS KICKING IN
