Please add weight update!!! I started exercise 40 min and strict diet. But lost only 1 kg in 2 days. Now I am 68.9 for almost 6 days without losing a inch or even grammms!! Like I have even started throwing up what I even eat. I have become so desperate that I don't know what else to do. I also think I have Pcos because of my body signs. For kadhi : 1) Heat oil in a pan. Add methi seeds, jeera, hing, curry leaves, whole red chilli. 2) Add finely chopped / crushed garlic. 3) Fry for 1 minute and add onion, saute till translucent. 4) Add chopped tomatoes, fry till mushy. 5) In another bowl, take 1 packet buttermilk. Add haldi, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, and mix well. 6) Add prepared buttermilk mix into the onion tomato mix. 7) Bring to a boil, lower the flame and let it simmer for 20 minutes. 8) After 20 minutes, add salt to taste and turn off the flame.
