The Spurgeon Sermon Series is a growing collection of audio sermons, re-preached by British pastor (Gavin Childress) for the continuation of Spurgeon's ministry. Just as through Abel's acceptable sacrifice, 'he being dead yet speaketh' (Heb. 11:4), we are delighted that by such recordings, the impact and influence of his message may be furthered. Each sermon was recorded for the Glory of God alone and the spread of His Glorious Gospel, aiming to magnify the Name of His Son, Jesus Christ, far above that of any instrument or vessel. He did it again!! Today in my morning and afternoon bible readings, I came to Acts 9, which reads of Saul's conversion on the road to Damascus, when a bright shining light from heaven shone around him. Just as Christ appeared to Paul the apostle, so may He appear to them who eagerly wait for Him and to them who love His appearing!❤❤❤😂🎉

I just read Isaiah 44, which says; "For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring." It's so amazing when God does these things to me, Oh how He comforts my soul ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely heart wrenching and glorious! My soul was feeling so heavy today; overwhelmed by what felt like impossible tasks to accomplish due to my own poor decisions. I said to myself, out loud, “I need something…” yet I couldn’t find a prayer in heart to speak. I had saved this sermon. It was right there when I opened this, so I listened. I can get up now, take one step in front of the other, one task at a time, but without the extreme heaviness. This teaching or sermon provided me with the loving “Shield” which was so powerfully presented. Thank you!

This former & latter rain prophecy is a great example of private interpretation of God's Word, 2 Peter 1:20. It's been handed down through dispensational teaching since 1833. When asked about the end of the world, Jesus never mentions an end times revival. Paul says it simply in 2 Thessalonians 2; there will first be a falling away, and then the Antichrist will be revealed. We must not add to God's Word.

Here is the correct scripture - "If you live in Me and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you."

Such a hearty message to search and question our confessions to Christ....surely we are in want to clean the inside of our cup, inwardly let God's light search and prove us, lest we be hypocrites found wanting, deceived by the deceitfulness of sin resting on a carnal security crying out: "It is well with my soul" ! When, in fact, the axe is at the root of the tree.

Only Jesus knows what's the real power of prayer because we connect with the spiritual and there is where things and miracles happen with prayer we connect true Jesus there is wisdom here
God is always willing to give us what we need, we just need to believe and ask.

Leave the world and what it teaches behind. Make giving thanks to God Almighty in Jesus Christ name and thank our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Make your best delight seeking Him in his word prayer talking with brothers and sisters while reading. Spend every day doing this. Throw television in the dump. Work with your hands. Help your neighbors. Be helped all in Jesus Christ name. Love and help your enemies. Pray for them. Win them over so they become brothers and sisters. At very least they cannot be mad still if you're always kind and loving.

Not long on truth remaining from others, I see claimer of another’s humble persona for your academically religious fame and fortune.
