I bought a brand new CSL DD bundle from a guy that purchased it directly from Fanatec thinking it was PS5 compatible. I forgot to ask for the receipt when I picked it up, but I have a question about the power supply. This bundle came with two 90W power supplies but only one power cord. The additional power supply came in a square box that says PSU 90 US. I see that they included one 90W power supply in your bundle and the Boost Kit was in a separate package. Is it normal to receive two 90W power supplies? Could they have messed up the order and included the 90W instead of a 180? If you purchase the 8Nm bundle, do they include both the 90W and the 180W with the 180W being in the Wheel Base box and the 90W in a separate package? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks! If you are a drifter a dd wheel is a must. Its so much faster in rotation. Much better in detail and just super good to use. You must get the 8nm boost pack. Its insane the difference. Ylu may not think you need it but you would be shook. Its like going uo an entire other wheel. More details more feel of grip. Easier to catch more of the weight feel. You just feel more adapted to it. Or more commected I should say. Even getting rhe 8nm boost kit and then turning it down to like 60% it still feels better then the 5nm as weird as that sounds. It was very clear when feeling the differences that it wss clearly designed for 8nm. I then got another urge and now im on the dd+ 15nm haha. Use it around 8 to 10nm but its 15nm holding torque so its peak is really around 20nm. So yeah but even at half it feels so good.

Are you using the plastic QR or the metal one and you have the 5 or 8 NM version of the CSL DD?

I'm using the plastic one that comes with the ready2race bundle. So far its holding up!

Yeah a direct drive was one of the biggest improvements to my rig ever. The detail and response of the wheel is insane. Now I catch slides without effort. They practically catch themselves.

Does anyone ever told you that you look like a younger George Russel? 😆 Nice video man, loved your impression of the wheel. And yes, the default Load cell is too stiff, I'd recommend a third party mod for the pedals. The one that I'm using is from RaceSimEngineering and it is absolutely worth it!
