ooooo that's a good idea. Honestly I don't know yet! I feel like the key is it needs to be fresh from the fryer, and apart from Doughnuttery, no one is really doing that. Stay tuned....

En Polonia, no sólo se come pierogi. 😂 Hay un abanico 🪭 de diversos platos muy buenos. Uno de ellos pj: un pato relleno con manzana y vino tinto, o anguila ahumada, etc ... 👍

3 days to make croissants is pretty common in bakeries. They're just telling you that as a marketing tactic to justify the $10 price point. I hope they're charging $10 to pay their staff well and not just profit off of hype. Otherwise, you can have something similar with a shorter prep time since all that pastry cream is going to over power laminated texture anyway.

I just got back from nyc last week and i tried these, i recommend asking for half icing and they even have walnuts that you can sprinkle on top 😊
