Auuuuu
Can I ask which one has better sound AT-250 or Alhambra 7p?
The worst classical i have played up to 300 euros. Guitars of 80euros sounds better that his guitar. Nice work on the wood and frets and all but the sound of it ...really bad. sounds like plastic guitar , i bought great expensive strings to make it better but the same. Action like in the sky, neck if u put hard tension goes front so really bad ..bowed neck really bad. its new...and whenever i play it sounds like 30euros guitar. i am considering selling the guitar but i will lose money. i had a 60 euros guitar, i did some luthier stuff and sounded great , this guitar is in perfect work but the sound..really annoyingly bad for alhambra . i am so disappointed that i bought this guitar. Also the fret width is a little bigger which is also difficult to play 9 to 14 fret with barre and pull off for some classical songs.
Hi Giuseppe You can make every guitar to sound amazing!!
Awesome!!
I have one of these fine guitars..
Awesome!!
Creo que Estrada Gómez es o fué sistemáticamente "olvidado" siendo uno de los constructores de guitarras clásicas más grandes de fines del siglo XX. Gracias por ponerlo en su colección!
Excellent, thank you.
A simple Tarrega piece would be nice.

Me encanta. Por favor sigue componiendo Giuseppe. Gracias por compartir.
This is an extremely useful video and probably the most informative one I've seen regarding the subtle differences between models. Thank you very much.

I have this guitar... it s a beautiful instrument.
Thanks you gays for this great work Please can you help me de to choice between : Alhambra 5p vs Alhambra ziricote ? tnk
Mine just arrived. 7P with spruce top. A fine instrument with plenty of volume and bass. But above all it is a very sensitive responsive instrument instrument. I used to play with quite a long nails but I had to cut them real short for achieving a warm tone. The adaption goes by itself. It was just asking to play with short 1mm nails. Wondrous actually such a process for I played my cedar for twenty years with quite a long nails. But this spruce is a very sensitive guitar. It is not an high end guitar but there is a lot of new sounds to discover in it and I'm truly happy with it. I played a 6P for twenty years. It gave such a warm tone. But after all this time and much traveling around the neck started a little warping. It is still to fix but now it is time for the 7P.
I like it something a little different but sweet.
Thanks for these very interesting videos. Nice comparison and beautifully presented. I have an Alhambra 2c with laminated Sapele back and sides (they call Mahogany) and was very pleased to hear the differences with upper models. I like Mahogany, and I like Indian Rosewood and Walnut as well. It seems the 7c is the last Alhambra with Mahogany (Sipo it seems to be more precise), all other models have Indian (most cases) or Madagascar Rosewood. I don’t know why Mahogany is not used more in Alhambra luthier series. For Acoustic guitars (very different instruments indeed), we find Rosewood in the Martin D28 but we also find Mahogany in the D18 and in the Gibson Hummingbird. Cheers from France.
Why record such a guitar with so messy video / microphone in the first place? :/
Beautiful! This is amplified or just natural?
It is natural. We are just trying to convey the natural sound of the guitar at this stage.
7c or 7p?
The Guitar being discussed is the 7C with Mahogany back and sides as opposed to the 7P with Indian Rosewood back and sides. Bracing, top etc is all the same across both models but the solid Mahogany of the 7c add punch and directness to the interpretation while the Solid Indian Rosewood add a velvety, darkness to the bases and a roundness of tone. I must admit I have a preference for the 7P Rosewood and this model outsells all others in this price bracket.
It seems like a great guitar for its price, I just have one question, I ordered the 1C Black Satin (black color version) and I was wondering if there is any difference between the standard 1C and the Black Satin? I hope I didn’t mess up just because I wanted a black guitar😅
The only difference between both models is black satin v the natural finish of the wood. I have both in stock.
Would you say that, as far as factory built guitars, Alhambra is the best choice at every price point up to $3,000?
You have a very keen sense of hearing! Broadly speaking yes. Although. it is hard for me as an importer to choose amongst my favourites, since I have handpicked them in Spain for my showroom because they were the best i could find that year. So in answer to your question here is my take for 2023/24 for level for guitar investment; beyond the Alhambra 8P the; Alhambra 10 regularly wins when we do guitar comparison in the showroom and goes home with a new owner. Other guitars in that $3,000 and slightly higher price range (bearing in mind the 10% discount Friend of guitars online get) are the Vicente Carrillo Estudio for musicality and sweetness, The Lattice Prudencio Saez 3 and PS 4 for delivering the Spanish sound with power and projection and the Angel Benito Aguado Marizapalos for sheer musicality, playability, string separation and sheer joy. I hope this helps in your guitar journey and thanks for listening so carefully. Feel free to come via the showroom anytime and play them all back to back and find your special guitar.
