We have been going to this resort since 2014 and was the same year we became owners - Great place as resort owners as you have access to more amenities and is our go to place at least once every 2 years. What I like is that are continuing to always invest and upgrade the resort.
This is the weirdest tour ever, I wish we could have seen the room. You did a great job showing us the floor, your hanging swimsuits, and towels. Why not lift your camera up so we can actually see the beds in your room?

I'm still trying to find out the best method of getting from PTY airport to the cruise terminal.
Hope you can understand my english, but in fact it is very easy. First thing: In Tocumen Airport ask where the Metro train is (Line 2 extension). Then you can take the metro train, and pay with your Visa or Master card (you don't need to buy a metro card) the price is Usd 0.50 cents. Then, follow the instructions to get to San Miguelito station. Most of the people is going that way, so you can just follow them. There you have to switch to the other metro (line 1)that goes to Albrook Mall... Once you reach the last and main station of ALBROOK, (pass your Credit card again to get out of the metro, and it will charge you with Usd 0.35 cents again, so total price from Tocumen to Albrook will be as cheap as Usd 0.85 cents). So as soon as you step out of the train...There you can ask, where is the bus to AMADOR COASTWAY, and just go to the stair in the back entrance, and there will be every 15 or 20 minutes buses heading to AMADOR COASTWAY ... There you can ask the driver if you can give him the cash, because you need a special bus card. Price as I remember is just Usd 0.25 cents. Maybe somebody there can let you get into the bus if you give him the cash. So in resume Usd 1.05 is enough for your trip from TOCUMEN to the Coastway. And the same action to go back to the airport. That means Usd 2.10 And people says that my country is expensive... can you believe that? Enjoy your trip and be safe.

Do they rent the golf carts to get around the resort?
No-This is a membership resort also. We are Royal Villa owners and receive a golf cart. As you need to be Presidential level owners or higher to receive a golf cart. I know its weird, but part of the perks of being an owner.
