  I can totally relate since I speak Korean, Japanese, English, French, Arabic and Chinese. All of those languages, I self studied and used free resources that I found on the internet (except for Arabic and Korean since Korean is my first language and I learnt Arabic from reading the Quran). A very helpful tip is to use Quizlet for flash cards and pdf for working and “Study with me” videos to help motivate you. I hope this comment helps you to study! ✌

  I’m just starting but I really want to become fluent in Spanish and later on Finnish (I’m half Mexican and half Finnish but adopted and I really want both for the cultural ties). I think that if I really want a fourth language afterwards I’d love an Asian language.

  Great tips! For me, what’s really worked is Immersive Translate, a translation extension browser that supports over 100+ languages. I use it every day to watch my shows and movies on Netflix and this has really helped me become immersed in my target language.

  Understanding other languages, especially English has been challenging for me. However, with the help of useful extensions like Immersive Translate and DeepL, I've been able to overcome the language barrier. Moving forward, I'm committed to putting in my best effort to learn the language and not just relying on tools.

  I live in a country where harvard is basically just accesable for us and usa and all the country's that speak english, i hope i can one day in a few years be a transfer student for a month or two in harvard to elevate my studies.

  Idk how I got to this side of KZread. 😂 A South Korean who went to school in Vienna now Harvard?? Harvard barely takes Americans. And is summer different in Korea? This was Sept, fall into winter. No summer here.
