Try making An American buttermilk biscuit( Google recipe) with warm butter on the biscuit!!
Nick, in the USA, a chicken burger would be a ground chicken .minced chicken patty between burger buns, then that would be a chicken burger. A Chicken breast sandwich is a whole boneless chicken breast on buns. That is the difference between Chicken Burger and chicken sandwich!
Nick! You ain’t wearing a hat!
It was to hot lol
The mashed potatoes and gravy isn't that good. Rarely is mashed potatoes at a fast food chain worth the time honestly. Neither is the mac n cheese and their biscuits are dry. There are better biscuits at other fast food chains. Definitely stick with the chicken but even the regular chicken might have a spicy kick to it that you might not be used to. It gives me heartburn so I avoid Popeyes. My brother loves it. My sister can take it or leave it, lol. They do have a biscuits & gravy option at Popeye's but it might not be available in the UK.
So it’s a 50/50 thing then
@@nickjreacts yes. It really can be hit and miss depending on the location but that's true of all fast food despite them being part of the same chain.
Love your videos! Your channel should be so much bigger!
Amazing comment! Thank you
Check out a video on the Raising Cains chicken restarants.
I will look it up
Popeyes is either hit or miss here in the US. It depends on the individual location you go to. Unfortunately too many of the Popeyes locations are in the ghetto and the employees don't give a crap. Or, you get a really good experience and product. There's no middle ground it's one extreme or another.
Ah ok that’s makes sense
I hope you can find some ice cream or a milkshake. The spices that the Cajun area uses are more than basic black pepper.
I like all spices and that’s why I was shocked
@@nickjreacts well expect the heat then. Cayenne pepper is a big one in their spice blend. If you look up a recipe for Cajun spices you'll get a better understanding of what to expect.
That's why I avoid them. I felt those spices for HOURS after I ate of the breakfast menu because the season the hash rounds too. I rarely ever get heartburn. Popeye's and Taco Bell bring it on now so I'm like no, lol.
@@nickjreactsI'm not as American spiciness is. It's secondary to most Asian spiciness I've experienced. Any dairy actually helps with feeling relief from the heat coming from the capsaicin from the spices.
Too dry and to spicy. It's swamp people food. Disgusting!
Living in Florida now and our house is 1982 square feet, 3 bed 3 full bathrooms, eat in kitchen, living room/dining room open to the kitchen. Garage doesn’t get included into sq/ft calculations or porches/lanai etc…they aren’t climate controlled living space and therefore not taxable as living space, even though we use them for everyday living space.
I feel like this is quite a gap in the British education system.
Oh yeah a tornado hit my town directly last month but thankfully everyone was ok. We've had more then we'd like to admit
My guy, all major league baseball stadia have great food with a nod to local cuisine, that's not just a Rangers thing. An indoor stadium isnt the nom either. You'll find them in areas with opressive heat or daily/regular thunderstorms or rain. As for music, each player has a walk up song(literally a song they choose to be played as they walk up to bat). Most if not all stadia have an organist who will play snippets of songs to hype up the crowd and "Take me out to the Ball Game" during the 7th inning stretch. You also have to take into account TV time outs and when they change from the top to the bottom and between innings. There's a lot of "dead" time and without music, games, character races, kiss cams... the atmosphere would suck.

Nick, if you ever get your mitts on a proper piece of Texas brisket, you might never again enjoy any normal piece of meat. It's that good.
Nick I Love Your Reaction Videos. But as A American 😉👍❤️🇺🇸. We Love Our Ball Park or Tailgating Food. 😉👍❤️🇺🇸. I hope Someday you will come to America 🇺🇸 My friend 😉👍❤️❤️❤️
I’ve heard a lot about Tailgating Food!
@@nickjreacts Nick College Football 🏈 Tailgating is a Huge here in America 🇺🇸. I hope I can take you to a College Football game My Friend 😉👍❤️🇺🇸
You will Love it 😉👍❤️🇺🇸
if your interested in baseball you should play MLB the show. its a great video game and will help you understand the rules better
Sounds good I will have to check that game out
You need to get your mitts on some American nachos. We never joke around. Also, brace yourself for amazing hot dogs in America. We know our sausages for them.
Honestly hot dogs in the uk are always a let down, that massive hot dog looked more like what I would like
Hey Nick, I think you're the first of the UK reaction channels to react to this particular episode of Jolly. Well done.
It was a good video to check out! Looks like a real experience to go to a baseball game
@@nickjreacts yeah you don't really have to know anything about baseball to have a good time. And I don't know musc of anything about baseball.
@nickjreacts also I heard they are going to be doing a video the the famous bare handed fisherman Hannah Barron. That's going to be awesome 🐟
Yea, they forgot about the Toronto Blue Jays
Nothing like a day at the ballpark
Looks like a great experience! The food looks amazing
These vids are definitely NOT the scariest tornado videos. There's videos of storm chasers recording in their vehicle as the tornado sends their car flipping or a video of a chaser trying to get away while the tornado is gaining on them and throwing farm equipment, parts of buildings and 1,500lbs hay bales into their car
Here in Chicago, IL (and I don't mean the Chicago area -- I mean the actual CITY of Chicago), we have a system of 3 main sirens. The legacy system used chryslers, thnderbolts, and some other types of sirens before the strict switch to federal. You should watch a few videos of the sirens here, before and after. dark panic posted a 20 minute video of the sirens going off. Federal Signal 2001-SRN Gen 2, Gen 3, and Gen 4 - - 'Used Fast Wail in 2008-2019' Federal Signal 2001-130 -- Same as the SRN, just rectangle back cover. - 'Used Fast Wail in 2008-2019' Federal Signal Modulator 3012*MC, 6024*MC, 6024*UV, and 8 8032*UV's - 'Used alternate wail in 2008-2019' - 'Wrigley Field Mod 6024*MC Used CUSTOM Fast Wail in 2008-2019' Federal Signal DSA Multiple Variants - 'Used Alternate Wail in 2008-2019' Speaking of the Thunderbolt - There actually is no such thing as a 1000T. There is only a 1000, 1003, 2000, and the portable System 7000 -- 7012, 7022, and 7026. The 'T" means dual-tone, though they used the same everything, except for the chopper itself. The chopper was divided into a top and a bottom half -- with the bottom being the original 5 port, and the top being 6 ports. It's only considered a 1000T because that's the name siren enthusiasts gave it. The Thunderbolt 2000 was only ever single tone, and only few ever made. It's the same as a 1000, but with a gas powered blower.
it’s the best damn band in the land, go buckeyes
Oh yes we've had several tornados in our area over the years. The latest one was an EF4 in 2019. The U.S. has the most tornados than any other place on earth.
9:54 - oh yes, I 100% remember doing these drills in school, exactly like they showed in the video. We were told to crouch against the walls in the hallway and cover our heads with our hands. I have no idea if that would’ve made any difference or not, and fortunately I never had to find out.
Everything u see is easy to make, it's awesome for breakfast, lunch, or dinner....you'd love it.
There's a certain jump scare factor to nocturnal tornadoes, I was in an ef3 that ripped through jedf city missouri in 2019 at midnight and with every flash of lightning the tornado grew bigger and bigger and closer, and also spun up several satellite tornadoes that ripped up 3 ft deep scars in the ground it was really intense
Driving under a bridge is the worst thing you can do. The wind is funneled under the bridge making it worse.
That’s what I would of thought! I’m happy someone said that
Jelly and jam aren’t actually the same. Jam, also known as preserves, is smashed and sweetened fruit. Jelly is fruit juice solidified with gelatin (gel-ly)
I went to this place and the line was out the door, so me and my girlfriend just walked across the street to a random bar and ordered a Philly cheesesteak with no wait and it was delicious
I have a microwave drawer because I agree that over the stove microwaves are DANGEROUS! Best microwave ever!
I’ve never heard of that before, just looked it up and that’s pretty cool
You people who hate taxes should see society without taxes and see if you still think that. Then we'd have to hear you b-tching about how terrible everything is. Taxes go towards all kinds of things that make life more comfortable for all of us. Overtaxing or taxing without representation is a totally different thing. Some people are okay with it as long as they aren't treated as 2nd class citizens, get the same rights, and it's used to actually make society better. Being anti-tax just on it's face is simple-minded and short-sighted.
Two Viking settlements have been discovered on Newfoundland Island.
I can take a wild guess why they don't teach it to you in the U.K. lmao
It is important to remember that although it seems like the American colonies were selfish in not repaying debts, that most of the colony's defenses were conducted by local militia and provincial commanders. Also the British defended the colonies purely for economic interest and national prestige, not out of any desire to defend their country men as many didn't see the colonists in the same light as they would main isle Brits.
I've got a Bass Pro Shop about 10 miles away from me. Not as big as The Pyramid but still a really cool shop.
you get used to them growing up in okc you hear all of them from el reno to war acres fun shit
If you want good storm chaser videos of nocturnal tornadoes check out Western Kentucky tornadoes from 2021 and the Rolling Fork tornado from 2023
This is y I love my West Virginia mountains❤❤❤but we did get the tail end of Hurricane Hugo which traumatized me so i am petrified of thunderstorms 😮
As someone else has pointed out in a previous comment, tornadoes aren't rated based on their size. The EF (Enhanced Fujita) scale is rated based on both wind speeds and how much damaged is caused (or how much the tornado 'eats' as others might put it). So, you could have a small stove pipe tornado that's rated an EF5 because it went through a highly populated area, causing millions of dollars in damage and several fatalities/injuries, or a massive tornado (like the mentioned 2013 El Reno tornado), that was even a multivortex tornado, yet be rated only EF3 because it remained in the countryside causing very little damage (even though that damage could still be horrific) and only a few, if any, fatalities/injuries. Those are just two examples, of course, but they get the general idea across.
You have this generally correct, except for the part where you said the EF scale is rated based on both wind speeds and how much damage is caused. While the latter may be correct, the former may be misleading as the rating is determined by the damage inflicted upon a structure, or alternatively what wind speed it failed at. For example, the type of structure and its build quality are 2 factors which help to determine the rating. For example, if a well-built structure with j-bolts anchoring it down is swept away completely and the anchor bolts are bent, the tornado may garner an EF5 rating. However, if the subfloor was removed but the foundation is an older Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) foundation that is poorly anchored with nails, then the rating is as low as EF3. Alternatively, if a metal warehouse building is swept completely, that does not mean an EF5 rating. Instead, the likely rating is EF3-EF4 as the winds needed to sweep away the metal structure were likely lower than what would be needed to sweep away a house. I hope this message greatly improves understanding/wording of your explanation in the future. Sorry if it comes across as rude, I'm just a tornado nerd and I feel the urge to help others understand things better (or at least try.) Thanks for reading lol.
A ef4 tornado hit my town in 2013 barely missing my house
Hello, my friend. I'd love to be able to see your face and expressions as you react to things! Maybe reconsider the hat and/or raise the monitor you're watching. Keep up the good work! 👍
The UK gets around 30 tornadoes per year, most of them occur in central England. The US gets around 1200 per year, most of them occur between the Rocky Mountains and Appalachian Mountains.
That’s interesting I didn’t know the uk gets around 30 a year
Nick, for further information about the last video, type this into Google; photos of Clarence "Clem" Schultz house before and after the April 9, 2015 Fairdale, Illinois EF-4 tornado. Thanks for your videos and view points.
You might be interested in Europes Tornado Alleys done by Swegel Studios. Tornadoes can throw 16 Wheelers (Big Lories). Little tornadoes inside a bigger tornado is called a multivortex tornado. Tornadoes are rated by the damage they do, so even a stronger tornado if it goes over open countryside and does very little damage it will be rated lower than a smaller lower strength tornado that goes through the middle of town. The strongest tornado, an actual monster (El Reno) did not go into populated areas so did very little damage but wind speeds and size make it one of the strongest on record yet it was rated an EF3.
Oh wow So the strongest tornado was a EF3, so its not about the size of it but the damage instead
@@nickjreacts Yes, the El Reno was 2.6 miles wide largest on record and had some of the fastest wind speeds recorded at 296 mph and yet EF3, had it gone through Oklahoma City where it was headed it probably would have been EF5 and one of the worst in every way on record. As it was it killed 4 chasers...3 very experienced storm chasers, the last ones anyone would have suspected to get caught In one.
Ben Franklin was a genius. He understood the French, and how they functioned. Adams did not.
King George III was an idiot. Fortunately, he sent British troops to control Americans. BIG MISTAKE!!!
When a tornado doesn't look like it's moving or spinning, that means it's heading straight towards you.
That makes tornadoes even more scary
@nickjreacts They're terrifying. I live in Nebraska (tornado alley), and in the last two months my city has had 3 or 4 tornadoes touchdown in town and on the outskirts of town. We've also had the tornado sirens go off multiple times this year because of tornado warnings.
These are terrifying videos. Tornadoes are fascinating and frightening as all get out. Please keep the tornado reactions coming if you can, the mystery and intensity that surrounds them is amazing. 👏
Thank you for the comment, it’s very interesting for me learning just how dangerous tornadoes are but I have more tornadoes reactions coming
