I agree with you, I think it is a very good idea that the city purchased these vehicles to help improve the roads. Looking forward to more videos on road construction in Jinja. You are right, those vehicles are very expensive. It is going to be very important that well skilled individuals are operating them. Great video. I live in India and there are proper practicing MBBS doctors here in every village and town lol. If there are no hospitals in a rural area then there would at least be small medical clinics for treatment. Dude I am sorry you're disabled but research/visit a country before you BS about it.
