  Andrea I connected with this video on a special level. I’ve been trying to improve my mental health because I’ve been having mood changes as well. As far as the social media portion, I agree 100%. I’ve been thinking of deactivating mines as well. I support you on your mental health journey.

You are not alone. 👍🏾 If you can not afford therapy find free support groups or even groups that focus on meditation or other mental areas of life like walking, you know, those kinds of groups help people mentally.
