  It is a very good hotel. The staff is always present to respond to customer requests. the service is excellent.

  Have been to this resort many times. Stayed in the hotel & villas. Great staff and accomodation. When you consider all the embargos imposed by the USA. The Cubans do a really great job of making you welcome despite the restrictions imposed on them.

  Hola, visite este Hotel de Guardalavaca de Holguin Tengo muchas insatisfacciones con el trato al Turista Nacional, con la calidad de la comida, no la cantidad , específicamente con la falta de condimentos . Por último la cantidad de empleados en el salón en el comedor, solo para la vigilancia del turista, que no saque comida, que no consuma demasiado, principalmente con alimentos como queso y otros.
