Great show Ken! I wish the audio was better. It sounds like it’s recorded on the reel to reel tape deck my dad bought from Hong Kong in 1967 😂🤣😂

Another great Meet and video! It would be awesome to see a RMR Logo done by Jelsma! I'm getting some shirts done but wouldn't mind seeing it on a hat! Is that possible ?! I'll be at the NMRA Show in Long Beach! Awesome to see all these companies together in one spot. Also, The Aurora models are fine spectacles as well as the Mikados. Our customers Love them! Of course, with the JT scented smoke haha! Where's the popcorn! Cheers!

Hey, Does anybody know an alternative for the Accutrack Speedometer II? I wanted to buy it here in Europe, but it seems to be out of production. Is there a good alternative that is just as easy to use? Greetings

When it comes to Bachmann rolling stock, I do love it all, except one thing. I am not very fond of the current caboose type that have the slanted, offset cupolas that come in the RTR sets. To be honest ,I'd prefer to have the ones that were more common, like the northeast types or the bay window caboose in the sets instead. To me, the slanted cupola types just don't look right. I dunno... I guess I'm too used to old school styling , lol. Anyhow, Great show as always guys!!.

Spent the weekend at the RPM meet at our table, and Ken stopped by and paid me a compliment for or kits and our presentation of them. Door prize was a 'What's Neat' red hat that I won. Snuck away to the Berkshire Valley Models - Richard Rands home layout. Very cool, and I need to get off my butt and lay some track. Awesome weekend all around.

Which Battery Operated Control System do you use on your G Scale? Air Wire, Rail Pro, Blunami, something else? Personally, not a fan of using a cell phone to control my train.

I might suggest, if you have these removable scenes with a lot of wires (for lights) that you use copper tape on the bottom of the pull out scene, and on top of the place that it comes out of, that way you can solder your wires to the bottom of the scene and tape/trench them away so everything is neat and tidy. When it goes into the whole layout power transfers via the copper tape making contact, but if you need to move the scene somewhere you can without the big spaghettification of mess of wires. While yes it does require a bit more thinking, especially if you have certain zones of lighting, it is a nice way to clean things up.

That’s intresting I might need to revisit that in one of my videos. I do hope WS can get more product to Australia we have not had new stock in nearly 2 years the last light hub I bought cost me $300USD and you can imagine all the trouble I had getting the seller to send it to me. It was a disaster. That’s why I haven’t got many new lights on the way out at the moment, but that fuel depot was coming along when the rest of those flood lights should get wired up in the next couple of weeks this week, the video will cover a first for my channel, attempting to model something no one else has attempted whether it be in rail, air or military style locations, following that we’re off to my custom-made Signal gantries. Hope you get a chance to pop and have a couple of videos include the building of the CRICKET PITCH and indeed the radio controlled circuit. Do stay safe. See you in the next one.
