When you learn a language, you understand the culture.
Wat is first modul?
Hey Arun!I really don't know why people think it's easier if you're an EU citizen.I visited Copenhagen two months ago wanting to explore my options.I have a usable college degree, desirable citizenship and look like any Dane but still met a wall of silence just like everyone else. Most of all I got information and advice mostly from people from India,I guess because they can identify with me and understand how I feel as a foreigner who would like to come to Denmark.Even for EU citizens it is not easy to move to Denmark and the language is really hard.I don't know if I would be ever able to learn it because I really can't make vowels like this. The good thing is that in Denmark literally even cats speak very good English but Danes still want foreigners to speak their wonderful language. 🤠
Very inspiring, Arun. I'm learning Danish on my own and the pronunciation is killing me.
Thank you, keep in mind that listening and speaking is by far the most difficult yet rewarding experience
Same here😂
Mate guy earlier, very down to earth and skilled
Prasanna superb
❤
Very good session.. helped me a lot. Thanks for insights😊
It's shocking..😮😮.. Is it true? Never happens in India😢😢
After listening to this I feel happy that such lovely, wise and well spoken people find their way here.
This woman is.....I don't know ... 🤩 I'm both proud and grateful that she "gave some of her life to Denmark". She's like our Mary: We owe the country she came from 🥰🥰 and if you meet Denmark with curiousity, you'll be met by curiousity. Danes get confused, if you're here, despite hating gender equality, secularity, high taxes and naked bodies... Why are you in Scandinavia? If you don't want to hang out with us, what's the point? My small provicial town was gifted a batch of Tamil refugees in 1984. We still regognize their different colour, but their children (and grand- 🥰) are as Danish as any. We couldn't live without them! Danes are a tribe - not a people, not a nation. Denmark has been big, even an empire, but we're now reduced to a A TRIBE! If you speak like a Dane, behave like a Dane, and live like a Dane... SURPRICE: There's no fåking chance in the world, that you're not a Dane. ( Keep the Swedes out of this, please 😉😉 200 years ago, there were no Danes! It just wasn't an identity! People were Sealanders, Schlewigers, Molboere, Bergensers, Bornholmers, Icelandic, Lofoters, Lollics ... what ever. The only actual Dane was the king 🤣 My kids can't ever become Brahmins or Shikhs, even if they were 5th generation... Though their Dad is English, and went to posh boarding school, and all that "hobnob stuff" - there's not chance our sons could ever "make it" in the UK. They've been brainwashed in Folkeskolen: They simply can't lick a#se 🙄 But my kids could "make it biggish" in Nicaragua: Blue eyes is cool, but = Gringoes = mistrust! NO, they speak the local lingo, and they live with, and like the locals. But the poor sods are Danish, so they are not going anywhere 😉 You're as Danish as you feel! I'm proud my kid's feel Nicaraguan - when they are there! I'm not sure, how I would feel, if my kids became MORE an other nationality, than mine 🤔 Our "old" Tamils want to go home - naturally - but they can't take their kids - and their grandchildren are ... lost? Danish? International? On an other planet. Sorry, too many thoughts - peace, love and hygge 🥰 And thank you for enlightening me 🤩
The worst things about Denmark are the high taxes and the changing weather 😒 The best things about Denmark are the high taxes and the changing weather 🥰🥰 Peace and love
I just stumbled upon your video while looking for Danish language lessons. This girl Prachi is a hidden gem in my opinion. She needs to show more of her to the world. I hope she does just that. All the best to you and her.
If you are thinking about moving to Denmark for work etc. I recommend the channel Robe Trotting. They have videos and podcasts about everything regarding this topic.
Bravo I’m now following your steps Only one year left to be able apply for permanent residency
I have been to this course and totally recommend it. And, this video summarise the course very beautifully. Great job Arun.
Hi Arun... Ur videos are so good... I have some questions... I should start pd3 but I'm starting pd2...I was unaware of that ... And now skole administration are not listening yo me ....what to do??? I'm here in authorisation visa .
Really enjoyed listening to this talk. Kudos to you Prachi for your crisp, clear, concise answers, while speaking in a relaxed, confident manner. Such a pleasure to see and hear. Wish you all the best for a memorable stay in Denmark.👏🏻
Glad you enjoyed it!
Can you please tell us that we can manage Neils brook university tuition fee and wages as a student in denamark?
What are the cooking utensils to take from India?
It depends on what type of stove she would have, we have induction stove so we took an induction pressure cooker. We also brought tea strainer and a mortar and pestle because we didn’t find those here. Rest everything is available, hope your daughter will settle here smoothly 😊
@@prachiabhyankar9122 I found all of these online to be shipped within Denmark in 15 seconds.
It was really useful. As my daughter is planning to shift to denmark
Glad it was helpful!
Hi Arun. please can i ask you a question. I am a Swedish citizen with swedish passport living in Denmark but i will like to invite my sister from a non- eu country for short visit. please what kind of form should i fill ? should i invite her with a Schengian visa or directly from denmark. please send me a link to wish i can find the form because i cannot find anything online
If I am not mistaken then For PR not only PD3 but 5 to 6 years full time work record & without GAP required. spending 3 years to learning Danish is huge investment of time. Geographical wise Denmark is very small country compare to France, Germany, Spain & Italy. All 4 countries are well developed from east to west, north to south & high qualified job are in every corner of those countries. In Denmark high qualified jobs mostly located in Copenhagen so after learning Danish movability remain limited. Learning German will easily help you to travel & find a work in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Learning french will easily help you to travel & find a work in France, Switzerland or Canada, Quebec. Learning Spanish will easily help you to travel & find a work Spain, South America & many Caribbean countries. Above all, The weather is crazy. Every third day it’s raining. Even in summer needed to wear winter clothes. House rent is expensive. For bachelor (single) is impossible to have small appartment with the small salary. Transport is also expensive. The Nordic countries & rest of the European countries are too far from Denmark. Also to travel is expensive. While I was living in Paris on weekends I fly to Barcelona, Vienna, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Budapest, Milan. It was well connected & affordable. Overall Denmark is glossy & fuzzy.
lol why are you in denmark lol?
Hi annae
How can I take job offer as SOSUS? I have no idea about it. Could you please help us by doing vedio about that

@@arunindenmark "I will be waiting for your future videos. There are a lot of videos available on KZread, but they are all old. No current videos are available
So true
Excited about this Podcast! Keep it up Arun.
Thanks! Will do!
You didn't mention that the writing part can be also done on a computer depending on the language school. Writing it on a computer is a huge advantage because you don't have to erase or rewrite it, you can also you offline vocabulary.
glad to know, thanks for sharing
How do Danes see someone with experience like Natalie applying for internships? In my country (Italy) overqualification is seen as a bad thing
Some cases over qualification is a problem, including where the place I hail from, but in Denmark, I have worked with some of the most over qualified and senior employees taking up internships and all of a sudden start from scratch by pursuing relevant education as well. Which is something I cant imagine doing it myself .)
Latest video, lot of information, but make new videos for searching job in health care professionals, residence, cpr, bank Acount account, main cities which area is cheapest
25:25 thanks for the suggestions Abdul
Is it true that denish language is free to learn over there ?

silly question but the main perk of this temporary residence is you can stay legally in denmark? are there any others? im planning to do my phd at SDU so looking forward to coming:)
With Temporary Residence you get to legally stay study / work. Learning Danish is offered for free by the kommune You will receive a CPR, that cover your health card as well.
