My back up solar power generator. Well everyone has there gas generators running I have power stored from the sun. And since I don't have to pay for fuel I might as well run my system every day.
Im am also making video reveiws on solar equipment including Charge Controllers, Inverters,Batteries, Balancers and much more. I am not off grid yet but I am working towards a solar system thathas little to no power limitations, like on grid. I hope you find my channel informative and fun. Thanks for watching and stay tuned for more...

Good build!
Cool
Quite a power user when tramped lol
6:09 - Oops, soldered the fuse up (far side). On some packs they have a notch so the narrow part of the nickel is the fuse, in this one they have 4 spot welds on each end of every battery, but then the whole thing runs through 2 spot welds where those two pieces join. Now will your solder work as a fuse in case of catastrophic failure? Probably. Not as predictably. Learning about these packs myself, not ripping on Frank here guys, just pointing it out for everyone else looking to fix a battery.
Hopefully the bms will handle any failures. The packs I've repaired have worked so far. Time will tell. Thanks for watching
Công việc đốn cây khá vất vả ,bạn rất chăm chỉ ,cảm ơn bạn đã chia sẻ công việc của mình với mọi người ❤️🤝.

Ya she blew pretty hard the other night /day
Those don't wear out too often. Hows the bugs lol
It happens. The bugs arent too bad last couple days but a couple weeks ago they were bad. Hows things your way
Got your moneys worth out of that sprocket
Ya first time I've ever had to change one. Thanks for watching

50mm. 266/268. Thanks for watching
Nice view while taking a shower.
It is starting to green up here . Lots of animals out there
@@frankz1125 I was asking myself when the grass would go from brown to green
,,👍👍 cheers
Thanks
Looks good now you earned some points lol
One would think I would but I really didn't. Lol. Hope all is well. Black flies are out today. Booo
You have to drop the unit from underneath the car correct?
Yes
@@frankz1125 how many battery modules are there? 8?
@@MrMannyhw 14 I believe. Rated 17kwh
I think I have 8 different vintage saws now but my old 2nd hand Hydro 1 Husqvarna still beats them all. Cheers and Peace Out
Damn I'd like to have softwood to cut....
Do you have lots of hardwood like I do here?
@@frankz1125 where I am it's all hardwood....Where are you?
@@allandriver2066 I'm in Ontario Canada. We have a mix but this wood I'm cutting in this video is all maple and beech.
@@frankz1125 I'm in Victoria, Australia. Here it's all Gum and Ash. I've got two 61 Hardwoods and just bought a third to have a bit of fun with.....52mm kit etc...
@@allandriver2066 nice. Ive had a few myself. Saw 2 in this video has a 50 mm popup piston. I have a video of the build if you are interested. Would like to try the 52 mm top end but heard the 50 mm has better performance. I will try it one day. Thanks for watching. Cheers
Ton champs est quoiner et les pneus de ton tracteur sont très usé
I have thought about getting something like that but I am not cutting wood like you are ya know just once in a while but yeah they look sharp
This is pretty easy. It does take a bit of practice. Thanks for watching
Looks good I seen a few guys just use the file in a power drill but what you got is better.
This seems pretty good so far. Hope all is well. Cheers
Another fine job installed by Frank Z & happy home owners for sure, it;s crazy the price increases on this stuff in just the past 2 years. I've been flying under the radar with my system for 5 years & it's been working great but soon gonna have to permit up for cabin build, not looking forward to it, yikes !
Thank you. Why permit up? Unless you are going grid tied. I wouldnt bother . Its a money grab. Make sure you are safe and do things right. Cheers
5:00 0.030 thats not much that's about 3/100
Glad u appreciate my sense of humor. But to b honest it's actually about0.3 tenths
lots of work there, my little 80v chain saw would get through one piece and be dead. lol
ya it would be a big job for an e chainsaw. Lol
👍
That is quite a collection of saws and nice load of culls.
Really nice wood for sure but there's some heavy rounds to deal with. Hope all is well. Cheers
Nice. Been cutting down sugar maples last 3 week. Got 3 9' x16" pieces on the chain saw mill bench. Start milling them today . The sections were to straight to buck them up. Dumping sap like crazy here.😅
@@TheKiloG69 sap is running here too. What you doing with the milled maples?
@@frankz1125Try to make decorative wall covering or something I hope , will see when they dry out. May do a video of milling it. It will be a experiment. In worst case it will be fire wood but Maple is beautiful wood . These were to strait & round to buck them up. Still have 3 more big 1s but may wait till next year I'm getting worn out at 70 years old. Got lots of cedar to mill up also.
@@TheKiloG69 stay active as possible. It may be gard but it will keep you healthy. Cheers
When i readed the title,i thought i would see a motorbike crossing😂
These are two very different saws. Not sure what cylinder is on the second saw but it cuts much nicer than the first saw. Thanks for sharing
Yes there is a big difference between them. Saw 2 is a 50 mm closed port with a pop-up piston. 215 psi compression. There is other videos on the build. I call saw 2 my big bore 61. Thanks for watching. Cheers
Where did you get that solenoid from?
From an ev battery. Thanks for watching
Thanks for showing me exactly what I wanted to know without having to fast-forward though 30 min of bull shit good job
No problem. Cheers
Hey bud that's a great start. Look forward to seeing how it progresses and my tecky brain is always available if u get stuck on something. Hope ur feeling better. Subbed 👍👍✌
Thank you. Ill do the same. Cheers
Was all that log milling on one tank of gas ?
I get 1.5 cuts per tank
😎👍👌
Hope all is well! All good here in New Brunswick, i just finished up a 15 kw diy grid tie. Probably keeping the 36v bank out of the equation for now, not exactly a cUL rated product. 😂. Think I’ll use the 36v stuff for a pool pump this summer. Gonna try a submersible wood stove to heat it, we’ve got enough dead fall around here lately to keep it going no problem. Just bought a hyper dual suspension e-bike last week, they dropped down to $598. Thing is a riot, keeping it stock. 😂.
Would be cool to try an underwater woodstove for a hot tub or pool. Thanks for watching and sharing
Also check out James Biggar’s KZread channel. He’s been building some pretty insane electric stuff completely from scratch. He’s got quite a shop and any tool he could ever need. About an hour or so from me on the mainland.
@@cryptojlg630 I've been subbed to James for a couple years. Cheers
You have a new project working on very nice
that thing is going to be sick
Thanks brother
Cant wait to see that thing running! My favorite was Honda MBX from the 90's
I'm interested to see it as well. The motor will be over powered by quite a bit. I'm thinking it will blow up. Lol
Yep it is going around again get some rest and water. I guess you just want a little more speed for that run to town lol.
Thanks. I'm just having fun with it. See how good it works. Nice to have a fuel free vehicle. Was thinking about making it into a backup solar system as well. Sell it as a package with panels. 4.8 kwh battery bank. Reasonable to run a system on.
Good idea if I ever get a EV it will have to be two way so I can use it to power the house. @@frankz1125

Prices for electrical parts in Canada is criminal lol. That old outback will still be around and working long after most others fail.
Ya prices are out of control. Thanks Trudeau. Lol. Good thing I can save people money. Outback is great equipment. How's things over there with you guys. You guys ok
I was thinking about selling generator panels. Probably make $150 profit per panel. Lol
