  John should retire. He never bothered to take care of himself, and losing his voice was the consequence. Between that, and his recent tantrums... it's just time to call it a day and preserve the legacy.

  Hmmmm....last I heard, Mellencamp ( who has always taken himself too seriously), stormed off the stage - cutting the concert short - during Jack & Diane, because the audience wasn't being "quiet enough." Pitiful!!

  I was wondering just the other-day how John is doing & this landed in my feed tonight. It’s nice to see him performing. He had such a great run of hits in the 80’s & will forever have a special place in my heart and record-collection. Lonely Ol’ Night … fall of 1985 … I’d go-back in a second.
