  It’s Fasnacht, a traditional southern German take on Carnival. The people dressed up in this video are acting guilds playing the part of traditional witches, who during the celebration are mischievous spirits who commit mischief often by stealing people’s shoes and shoelaces, although sometimes they will carry you down the street a ways or stuff confetti down your shirt
