  It's an EX move. Just do a DP motion (➡️⬇️↘️), then press both punches. It does cost a bit of meter, though.

  You don't need to charge when you are in Sans-Culotte or what we call it charge mode. Its a charge up version of him where he basically becomes un-charged!! I mean you can charge like hold buttons how long you want but you don't need to....

  You can do this only in training mode, go to pause menu, check out the "HUD Display" option and turn the hud off. Hope this help. =)

  No she's not. Peek-a-boo is a very tight guard with both your hands covering your chin at the minimum, with tyson covering everything but his eyes. Her left arm is in a really low guard, almost resembling a Philly Shell Guard, but also too loose for that.
