What a waste, they smashed the rejected bottles just because some petty issues? They could be taken back home by employees. What kinda brewery is this?

It’s Heineken, not any small breweries. The risk to take the bottles back for employees to enjoy or even resell is a food safety risk. There’s no reason to compromise with petty issues in food industry.

Man! You made me nervous when your hand was really close to those rotating blades. PLEASE, always use a wooden stick or something similar to move your objects in place. That machine would be merciless, if for some reason it caught your hand!

BS video, they don’t have production lines going in ‘slo-mo’ they are incredibly ‘fast’ a ‘blur’ believe me I worked at one in Wales, and I was godsmacked (British term), at the technology and speed, you couldn’t see a can, it is whirling around at such a speed.

That was not water. That is a process called quenching usef to change the hardness of the steel. Many types of oil were traditionally used, however many factories use synthetic quenching fluids.

@@goosedeathable it’s easier than that. I bought a $170 DC stick welder at harbor freight that does pretty decent. The entire welding setup including the welder and an auto darkening mask was $300. Gloves, rods, sleeves, apron, slag hammer, wire brushes, welder and welding mask all for under $300. Not to mention that welder plugs straight up to a regular outlet. People think it’s hard and expensive to get into welding, but really it’s that $300, buying a $30 grinder, finding some scrap at a junk yard and watching a few KZread videos. That’s plenty to get you started.
