  New in this field. Would buying a new construction windows be much less than buy a replacement windows? Also, I am going to replace the lousy Pella Casement windows (dried rotted/some fallen out) to double hung windows. The man of the house passed so it's just me & two guppies. Where can I go to rent/free if possible scaffolding up to 2nd floor? Buying scaffolding online will be too costly on the shipment.

  JIF. Definitely JIF. Mix is closer to 2:1 while Mr. Google said 5:1 omg it took me forever to get a can to kick off consistently but maybe good coz I'm using a string paint mixing stick to get it going (small job).
