There is no functioning pockets in this organizers, It just looks bulky too. I recenty tried organizers from atelier neorah they were amazing, has so many pocket options and the organizer is compact too. Also they also have multiple fun colour options.
Now I want it!

Know this set up is quite old but by chance do u remember where u got your tiny pink hole punch and stapler?
It's amazing to see how much stuff ladies get inside a planner.. or in this case, a Midori. I'm a guy and about the only extras I tuck in are stamps, receipts, and business cards.. good video. What is your line of work? Curious because you mention creating those notepads in your shop.
45 pounds.. not too bad. I'm from USA.. We don't use A4 or A5 for paper sizes.. I've often wondered how the name A4 and A5 came about. My filofax is an Original in Personal size.. Paid 90.00 US for mine and about 8.50 in taxes.
I have seen many, many filofax videos in the past week. This is by far the best in my opinion! Your style is closer to mine than any other's, and so is your humor 😊. I was really getting tired of seeing all the premade fluff you can buy and stuff in, so I was looking for something more diy yet classy (expecting to have to make my own inserts anyways). Thank you so much!

I don't understand - you must have known the inside layout of the Original before you bought it?? Or had researched some reviews or videos..? I happen to agree, I think the design of the Original is just dumb, and impractical.
PS: I think those 2 slots at the back are to hold a cheque book!!
Do cheque books even exist still?
Totally agree with you that filofax need to design jot pad to sit at the front, thats always bugged me too. I don't have your filofax, but where they've got the pen loops is crazy! Very good video.
Love your video style and how you describe everything! Also love your setup and the way you have organised your Filofax. The original FF is so cool... I've just ordered the new summer version - the lilac one that has come out recently, to add to my ever-growing collection! Have you got any more Filofaxes/planners or just your gorgeous original one? 😉 xx

I agree with you about the layout. The Original should be more like the older models such as the Buckingham or the Windsor. A workaround for the pen loop is to get the cards with the loop sold for the flex notebooks and cut them and punch holes. I do this for my Filofaxes that only have one pen loop and I need to carry a pencil.
What about putting a jotpad through that centre elastic and using removable tape to just hold it in place? That would take up the gap between the pens but be useful. And since you only need the back of the pad to go through, you can choose any height and a variety of widths.

Love your video :-) I have just ordered the red A5 Chameleon and I can't wait for it to arrive! I use my currant Filofax for journaling my thoughts everyday and using it like a scrapbook of my life. Filofaxes are sooooo cool :-)
You're so cute. :) Can you tell me about how soft/flexible the Chameleon leather is? I am considering getting a Malden because I like the flexible, unstructured binder, but Chameleon is another I like, and they're on sale at the Filofax USA site. Thanks!
