In short Bread and Circuses is essentially a distraction tactic. When a situation goes to Hell in a handcart, the people are offered more distracting amusements on order to divert their attention away from potential issues.

Hi Mike, just discovered your channel after hunting for more info on the Factory pattern. Wasn't sure how to let you know that one or your playlists has some odd looking videos at the bottom of it, some political and economics videos? It's this playlist kzread.info/head/PL3vRZqJBXfE1vmiUD56L-raTePuC_Grr1&si=j1myKJ6JdEbMkQxE

(Currently learning 3 balls behind the neck from your tutoriaI) I was finding it hard but now I realise I was jumping in too fast to it so I will go through the steps like you said👌 Backwards to go forwards ftw

What Bruce Lee did for me; In 1970 I was 12yrs of age and had a seizure. By 1974 when Bruce Lee died I had gained enourmas respect for him through his movies. I began reading his book in 1979. I wanted a way to live without seizures. In a year or less I read & applied his words of self discipline to my life. This self discipline applied correctly on a person with Epilepsy will not cure it but will curve it gradually. By 1989 I was not having seizures. I'm now seizure free for 35yrs. For that I'm very thankful to Bruce Lee. Rest in peace Bruce Lee❤.

  • @mikecorrcircus

I maintained my weight with this diet so not really. It’s hard to make blanket statements like “3000 calories is way too much” because it greatly depends on weight, activity, and other factors. Saying that I eat differently now and will make an updated vid soon - would not necessarily recommend eating like this
