This is a pretty educational video. I wish she cited some sources for her facts though

Licorice will treat bird flu, which is an influenza A virus.
Great video! Could this show adrenal issues such as fatigue and inflammation and also hormonal issues?

Used to have 33-34 day cycle in my early 30s and down to 31-32 in the next five years, and im 37 now, from this years, my cycle is somewhere between 28-30 and jit freakes me out. To be honest, longer cycle is better than shortser one.
As a doctor this is an amazing explanation!
Thank you! 🥹
I’m 53 had regular (24-26 day) cycle life long, never on birth control. My period stopped last cycle end of August. Last month it returned for 4 days light. Then stopped for 4 days then started again …. Spotting only every day for the past 12 days. Intermittent Bloat … Discomfort on the right side. I did have a vaginal ultrasound 3 years ago when I had some spotting between periods …. Ovaries looked normal at the time. Uterine lining was in normal range but on the thicker side. Is prolonged spotting normal in perimenopause?
Hey Donna! :) I would definitely reach out to your doctor and potentially get some more current ultrasounds done and a pap smear if it's been a while since you had one! In perimenopause, spotting may be normal since you have hormonal changes. In menopause when your period has stopped, spotting is NOT normal and can be infections, etc. So because you've had such a long time since your last cycle, I would go in and have it checked out :)
Thank you, I appreciate your feedback. I am scheduled for an ultrasound on 3/27. I had a normal pap result at the end of August. I had hpv and colposcopy/ leep done 24 years ago. I’m concerned about cervical cancer because of that history and I’ve had a persistent light bleed for the past 23 days. Thanks again

Sooo all the proof that frequent intermittent fasting reverses PCOS symptoms is what, a lie? You KZreadrs need to have like a meeting about the crap you’d like to tell us. Which is it?
I know health information is frustrating online for sure. With everything related to health, there is a lot of gray area. What works for one person may not work for another. I see that in our patients all the time. Some patients have thrived with intermittent fasting and some of them do not do well at ALL. So, always filter any information you get online through the lens of YOUR lab tests and YOUR health issues. One diagnosis can have many different healing paths. Sorry, you're feeling that frustrated 🫶🏽
Not only good we can’t afford but canisters we can’t afford to make our fridge look like that xx
That raw chicken should be in it own container to avoid cross contamination. Very cool, otherwise!
You shouldn’t put raw chicken on top of beef
Great job rotating all the older products to the front 👍

This is so fun! Correct me if I’m wrong but that raw farm cheese is not dairy free as it contains raw whole milk?
Yes, it is NOT dairy free - the captions heard me wrong! :P
Can I come over and eat

hi lahana, your videos and thumbnail can be edited better and can be improved, do you need help in editing? your videos are actually helpful to me, just subscribed your channel.
I don't know if you have an Aldi near you, but they have bigger gluten free bread, wide pan I think it's called. Recommend.
I love Aldi! I actually used to be a manager there like 10 years ago! 🤯 But I don’t have one nearby me in Austin! But it’s a great place 😍
What a find! I mean finding you! We hope to be in Houston in the future and want to eat well. The restaurants introduced by another channel were not acceptable. It seems like people will eat just about any crazy stuff the restaurants will come up with. It’s spiraling out of control! No thanks! You are awesome for covering this for everybody.
You are so sweet! Thank you!!! When I go there next time, I'll have to do some updated restaurants :)
Great!
Omg thank u so much for this information. I am 43 years old and stopped menstruating in August. In December, I went to my gynecologist who tested my fsh because of hot flashes and night sweats and depressed mood. The fsh was 90!!! So high, they said I'm far postmenopausal and didn't believe I'd been having periods all the way up to August. I thought that was so weird and started taking the HRT prempro they prescribed and hot flashes stopped. BUT I started feeling awful. Nearly suicidal on depressed state. Constipated to where I could only go once a week and ended up in ER three times. Finally, my follow up appointment with family doc they did labs for TSH. Mine was almost 50!! I stopped taking prempro and started levothyroxine. My period came back!!! Now I feel so much better. You're really helping people to better understand their body. And with understanding our own bodies, we have the knowledge needed to prevent misdiagnosis.
I am 39 and diagnosed with hypothyroidism 5 yrs ago . Been taking levothyroxine since then. But suddenly in the last two months my period thickness and days changed I still have it in time but very light and only lasts for 3 days and very very weak light than it used to be ! I am worried if I am going to lose my period ! And I still want to have a baby as I have no babies . And I am 39 yrs old. It’s just so depressing.
@Hana-Ekram you may need an adjustment to your thyroid medication. Maybe schedule to have your labs checked again to see if your levels are where they should be. It could also be perimenopause starting. You may still have time to have a healthy pregnancy, though, if you have the help of your doctor and obgyn. I wish you the best and I hope you get everything figured out soon. Good luck.
Literally just eat fewer calories. Just find out what your makros are, shave off 200kcals and stick to that. There is nothing special about dieting with Hashimoto. Calories in. Calories out.
I believe this is the one thing that prevented me from being diagnosed as a child...
I have prolactinoma and hypothyroidism. You explain things very well.
Very informative video! Also looked up your podcast. Booked my Thermography today!!!! Thank You
Yay! I'm so glad you did! 🥰
I have also used enemas and yoga for detoxing.
You fold it and put it in your bag then scan it into a document file folder and toss it after its scanned
Love it!
Christmas is against Christianity It’s a pagan holiday Why you don’t educate yourself You’re following your desires you’re making your own religion
But how it can also cause menorrhagia i need an explanation?
No estrogen and progesterone will lead to breaking of endometrial lining …thus causing heavy bleeding
Don’t use toilet tissue
Not for over 10 Years now because I haven’t had a Woman in My House.
The conclusion is that matcha is life. 😄 (Thanks for the information)

Do you have a video that elaborates on how you helped prevent breakouts with stool testing? 😅 I have found limited success with topical treatments and and resigned to the possibility that nothing may help. I have sensitive skin and too much topical treatment, I hurt my skin and break out. Not enough topical and I also break out. And I break out throughout my hormone cycle I think but it is very irregular because of nexplanon. The 2 dermatologists I've seen have basically said "well, thats the weakest topical prescription we can give you. Makes your skin peel off if you use it 4 days in a row? I guess youll just have acne." I already dont eat dairy so I dont know what else would make me break out.
