  Tive um azar com o meu. Caiu e soltou se a ilha de solda do pino de baixo da pilha e agora não consigo encontrar a trilha ou um ponto onde pudesse fazer um bypass para soldar .

  Olá como que faz pra girar muito dessa forma com essa placa? Eu tenho um HD de três fios mas estou com dificuldade de ligar, ele liga mas gira bem fraco, aí eu tenho que dar um pulso com a mão pra ele girar mais rápido mas não tão rápido como o seu. Me ajudar por favor.

  @@pedroverde8568 Eu no ano passado fiz também umas brincadeiras com este módulo e meti este firmware: 1137B15SIM900M64_ST, tem atenção que ele tem de estar bem alimentado, com uma fonte capaz de lhe dar a corrente que precisa (~2A), usei uma fonte externa ATX e sem grandes fios ou breadboards, só assim consegui que fizesse ligação com a operadora.

  @@Grcbyte Obrigado, vou procurar esse e instalar. Sim, estou a usar uma fonte de alimentação de eletronica (com V e A regulaveis) tenho o limite de corrente no max (até 5A) mas a placa so ta a puxar 0,03A porque nao passa para a procura de rede... Já dou noticias, amis uma vez muito obrigado pela disponibilidade em ajudar-me.

  Boa ideia. Recentemente a alteraçao a um meu mais recente que o do video e deixou de funcionar..percebi que nao se pode tirar a alimentaçao por completo para nao perder as definiçoes.. :/ um truque para nao se conseguir mudar facilmente.

  @@nunolourenco1532 Este modelo em particular não é preciso, mas recentemente fiz o mesmo para um kapsch ts3203 e este modelo tem de ser alimentado externamente sim antes de se remover a bateria antiga.. caso contrário transforma-se num tijolo :\. Enfim, mais uma tática suja da empresa. Diria que a troca da pilha tem de ser muito rápida para evitar que o chip desprograme, foi o que me aconteceu. Resultado, não vou comprar mais nenhum, e com as recentes alteraçõ€s que fizeram a tarifários... vou mesmo prescindir deste serviço, não estou para engordar empresas que têm o monópólio do mercado.

  Não seria melhor soldar-se um socket que leve a pilha? Assim da próxima vez já não seria necessário usar o ferro de soldar.

  é uma ideia, mas o uso do ferro é muito simples e rápido, é apenas tirar uma e colocar outra. Essa é a parte mais fácil :)

  Yes, 5V to power the PWM Module, and Fan is connected to the 12V rail of ATX power supply.

  @@Grcbyte Hmm. It didn't work. I tried supply the fan's voltage directly to my trafo but i cant controll the fan spin. The speed always going to the maximum. Any idea?

  @@arilkaima6632 Its the same fan (Delta FFC1212DE) or you are using another model? For other model, confirm that it does have the pwm option ..

  @@Grcbyte Yeah it has. I already test with another fan, but same problem. Are you sure just connect pwm fan cable to module? And the dc power fan is separate from the module?

  @@arilkaima6632 It was a while ago, but I think the Brown wire is PWM, Red Positive, Black Negative. The fan is connected to the +12V, and the PWM module to the +5V (on the same power supply). PWM Frequency is ~25K HZ i guess. But tell me if I can make it work, if not, I can try to make the circuit \ scheme again

  Hi there. great video - im also trying to do the same. I have the same pwm generator from ebay and a delta TFC1212DE (the 3.9a version of yours with category 6 speed winds). I have the fan powered directly to 12v battery and the PWM generator Vin by the same battery and the PW1 to the blue wire of the fan. set up 25khz in the menu but the fan goes straight to full speed no matter the duty cycle i use. Do you have any hints?

  No luck. I'm sorry but I couldn't find out what the problem was ... I put it aside and never touched it again. Maybe the problem is in this part of the board 100q.21.xsl.pt but I have not tested anything in this IC. For now it continues like this .. 100q.2h.xsl.pt

  How did you tell which contacts (wires) on the back of the motor went to which port on the controller? Also, how many amps were you pulling at full speed? Thanks!
