Mike's a grifter, dates a girl young enough to be his daughter, gets mad when she disciplines his kids to the point he kicks a door in and gets an aggravated assault charge. A story as American as apple pie.

I had just been posted at the NKP Base Commanders quarters with my dog when all hell broke loose. I thought.it was weird that they would we attack just before dark. As I was hooking up my dog, the base commander jumped into his sedan with the huge diameter amber bubble, took a look at me and sped off. I the slammed a mag into my CAR-15 that fell out. I tried 5 more mags that had also been jimmied until my last one locked in while the sounds of a fire fight continued. Shortly after getting the last one loaded, it became quiet. Even the Security Police radio transmissions were nonexistent l which was strange, no chatter at all until I reported my ammo problem. It turned out that it was the 23rd TASS and SOG throwing a party like I've never heard since early May, 1972 when they deactivated MACV-SOG. I never did see the commander return to his double wide, I believe he did a little ass chewing and with the respect he had for these guys, he knew he couldn't beat them so he joined them, but quietly.

I would say go to the strongest. America. Find your way there before it all begin. I dont live there but we seen how strong their army his. I firmly believe they will win. Other countries are too small and too naive. You cant even have guns where I live. It is forbidden for a civilian to hold.. How are we gonna protect our families.. To get one you need some aquitance with gangs.. not really recommended..

My wife and I homeschooling our kids through high school. We covered Latin, but used a Christian Worldview as the filter we ran everything through. I retired from the military, was the sole wage earner and in my off time, we hunted, fished, hiked, camped, taught my kids basic car maintenance, how to shoot, when to shoot. Looking at what government schools put out today, we thank God, we homeschooling our kids.

Hope Mike is doing ok. Any dude who has dated long enough has had similar situations as Mike is going through. Regardless of the facts or truth, the man is always to blame. I had a drunk chick throwing punches and trying to kick me in the nuts a few years ago. After a bit of her bullshit, I held her by the wrist (three fingers and a little twist) to try to cut the shit and calm her down. Just made her go bonkers. I wound up in cuffs because, "always believe women" dictated doctrine. Took some time for reality to set in and the cops to realize that SHE was in fact the aggressor. I was told to go home, and nothing happened to her. Fucking typical. That's why they have no sense of accountability.

Man, I hate it that this has happened to Mike. At 53, I have learned that there’s 2 sides to every story and somewhere in the middle is the truth. In this “Me Too “ society, all it takes is one incident where a female says something that doesn’t go along with the narrative and the world crashes down around the man. I also have been lied on my a particularly vindictive female and spent a night or 2 in jail. She would not show up to court and the case would get tossed. I didn’t really have shit. Mike is the founder of a successful business and that can lead to a female seeing $$$$. Not saying any of this is the truth in his case and I hope that the truth comes out. Prayers for Mike and his family during this time and that the outcome is a positive one.

The request sheet must be the longest running practical joke in the military. I got out of a Navy A school in North Chicago. Viet Nam is going on and I'm from LA. I asked for ANY ship on the west coast. They sent me to the east coast. Little Creek Va. in the "Gator" navy. WTF. It was a binary request and they couldn't deal with it. I went on cruises to the Caribbean, Miami and The Med. instead of where I was theoretically needed where the war was going on.

Andy seems like the most legit dude when he talks about this stuff. He's not trying to be super tactical guy and acting like a badass. He just talks like a real dude. Like him talking about just playing the game to get through the stalking course is just such a real thing that I feel like most guys wouldn't say they did that.

I’m putting this here because I don’t have instagram, serious question: what specifically does jujitsu (Brazilian) do for resilience? An example in the Chinese arts are the horse stance. An uncomfortable posture wherein you have conversations with yourself about how much this sucks. Merely one example, but what events do you do and what psychology is behind it? Maybe this is a whole podcast or even a book, let me know your thoughts.

Great to see this Mike ! I just gotta say something here there’s always two sides to every story every coin. Sometime we make some very bad mistakes in our life. Sometimes we get married to people that we should have never gotten married to. I’m living proof of that one, my marriage lasted me three days shy of 40 years, as my husband passed away. So we all make mistakes we can always be forgiven. Maybe there’s no forgiveness even being necessary how I feel about how I feel about it. I wish you well, Mike I hope that everything will turn out. OK. You’re a good man in a bad situation. !
