Mam ek quest hai pls batay..i am on roll employe in insurance company Saturday sunday off hota hai on documents But every month hume 2 saturday and 2 sunday free me kaal kerwate hai Koi comonsetion nhi milta appriasal bhi nhi shi kerte etc 😢
Ye aapki company sahi nahi kar rahi hai. Mujhe afsos hai aapko ye jhelna par raha hai. Apne boss and HR se baat karke dekhiye. Otherwise, pls start looking for a new job to come out of this situation.

Mam Could you elaborate on how is Value perceived in the context of gaining more money at start up/workplace as people say what value you can bring to them is the factor for achieving outstanding career growth faster without being stuck counting number of work experience in years.. how to prove my worth effectively without overworking or burnouts..
That is a great question. Focus on quality work. Make sure that their are not loose ends. Being proactive at work would help solve half problems. Also, ask questions about the management's expectations.

Your degree, any internship or projects that u have done.

I get assigned to 4 project in this single year only. With one manager I was having some conflicts. This is my first apraisal, I am confused about who will give the rating to me for this year, will HR connect with each manager I worked on ger review?
That is a great question. In such cases, every manager should be approached for collection of your feedback. Most probably the HR or your current manager will get in touch with them. If they are lazy then it would be your current manager's rating.

Informative !! Mam how to do cold calling properly when searching for job after a big career gap of 5 yrs due to family reasons ? Is it better technique than LinkedIn direct messaging to potential recruiters or some other methods would be better than these..
Any type of job search methods are helpful be it cold calling or direct messaging. One should be aware of which career field they want to pursue and target hiring managers of these company. Also, keep ur resume up to date. Have u taken any courses to keep yourself updated in ur 5 year gap? Wat is ur careee field?
@@CareerexcellencewithMadhurima I am in Aec construction industry air conditioning projects as Hvac site & design engineer fresher did courses & internship in 2019. I haven't taken any courses in these years but whatever i have learnt is still relevant all the skills, software's etc but yes i have watched a lot of videos & attended some webinars through various groups on the topics related to my field of work..

Insightful ✅ Mam which skills would be in most demand 5-10 from now apart from problem solving & communication skills at work ? Which kind of employees can make big success in service based career when times change.. is there a club of top 5% employees as some people say who always achieve more in terms of money than peers..
Emotional intelligence and collaboration are going to be in demand in future. Proactive employees who begin work keeping the end in mind will win their boss's heart. In service based careers professionals have to demonstrate customer centricity,empathy and understanding. An unsaid top 5%employees club exists in all organizations.
