Ahoy, Nigel and Julie, back at it again with another exciting adventure. Today, we're setting sail on the cruise ship Ambassador Ambience, and we've got something special for you - a tour of our outside cabin, Category 11, cabin 9151 on deck 9. So, fasten your seatbelts, or should I say, "life vests," as we embark on this virtual journey! As you can see, this cabin offers a breathtaking view of the open sea. The natural light floods in, giving you a fantastic taste of that ocean breeze and the sound of waves gently lapping against the ship.
That socket, with the pins at 45 degrees, is an Austrlian one. Not surprising as the ship was part of P&O Australia for a good number of years. You can buy adaptors where the pins can move so suitable for US and Aus/NZ.

I was told in paphos harbour you can’t get Amber leaf at the airport but it’s clearly in your video. I’m really hoping I haven’t been had over from the local shop

@@LadyInfluenza hi thanks for watching and commenting,😎👍 to answer your questions the WiFi is good in the reception area, but no signal in the rooms or around the pools or beach areas. I have been to Egypt many many times and at all times of the year and never found it cold ( even in january) so windy on the red sea yes (most year round ) but cold I have never found it cold. October is a lovely time of year to visit as it's not blistering hot like June July August 🥵🔥🥵

I was there 3 weeks a go, and it was heaving. The terminal could do with air con, it was hot.

Can you walk to coral bay, if so is there a footpath?
Yes you can walk from Theo sunset hotel, but it's a long walk in the summer heat. Saying that there is a coastal walk path for most of the way though. Thanks so much for watching and commenting 👍😎
Looks stunning, is there good snorkeling there? I know that there is an expansive coral reef across the hotel beach but I was wondering how far from the beach are they, how good is the snorkeling and do you have to use the piers to get there?
We are about 48hrs away from our first ever visit to Egypt/Hurghada holiday. Now you have got me worried mentioning $'s ! lol Are we ok paying for the visa in sterling ? We keep getting conflicting advice about what currency to bring so I was just going to take £, mostly for tips at the hotel, but if they take £ for visa I don't mind losing the odd few quid. What is your advice ?
Hi yes they take British £ for the visa no problem at all.. tips they will take most anything lol 🤣, don't worry about it at all you will have a great time. 👍

Hi thanks for watching 😎👍, the visa process is straightforward when you arrive, before passports are stamped and bags collected you will need a visa from one of the visa booths (there are loads , you will see people queuing for them) as for payment £25 or $25 they don't care as long as it's in cash. Hi, we had electricity all the time we spent in Egypt this time (2 weeks), and having been to Egypt some 10 times before and have never experienced any cut to the electricity supply. Thanks so much for watching and commenting 👍😎
Hi Russell, I am going there next week. can you please advise me pool and slides are free to use with all inclusive package beacuse I heard diffrent stories they charge extra to use the swimming pool/ slides including shows
Hi, rest assured pools / slides are free, as are beach towels as long as you hand them back in. sunbeds and beach sunbeds are all free, shows and entertainment is all included, only extras are things like camel rides, spa treatments, water sports, and speciality dinning restaurants, gift shops ect.. A good tip is take us dollars with you for any extras. Don't forget 25 dollars per passport for visa on arrival at airport (or 25£ if you don't have dollars) Enjoy it's a lovely hotel with some great staff. Good food and ok drink (for Egypt) Have a look at our Jasmin hotel review on KZread 👍

Hi thanks for asking, I did not feel any safety issues with Hurghada or Luxor or indeed Aswan. The airport at Huggarda did seem to be paying a lot of attention to security but it was not too bad. Thanks for watching 😎👍 and commenting 👍

@@Mihusm I would purchase on arrival it's $25 US Dollars each (or £25 each so cheaper in us dollars), buying on line is fine but is a bit of a pain, and if for any reason you can not travel you have wasted your money. Definitely purchase on arrival, it's quick and easy !

@@Mihusm for visa you MUST pay cash for each passport. I would get US dollars before I traveled, the Egyptian pound is so unstable most tourist places in Egypt want dollars or euros or at a pinch british pounds. Most tourist hotels/restaurants will take cards but NOT for your visa on arrival. Hope this helps 😉👍😎
