I will do mate, I’ve got a decent collection at the minute. Yeah the second sight releases are great. They aren’t too bad with the online 20% off at HMV. I wouldn’t pay full price mind 😂

Great pickups mate! There is a 4K of Mamma Mia that you can import (Meryl and Amanda on the cover), but I'd say you're fine with the blu until there's eventually a UK release. Not seen that Pinocchio yet but I'm keen to - looks like a nice set. I also stupidly passed on the Dune pain box when I was going through my faze of not buying any titles. As a result, I don't even own Dune on physical right now which is a shocker! Will need to pick up a version soon as I do love it.

Yeah it appears that some stores do that unfortunately. I think several collectors have done that at least once or twice. I know I have, I think 👀 It’s always good to get your hands on a free slipcover though, nice to complete the standard release.

I’ve just recently hit 500 subscribers so I’m going to start filming my full collection. I’ll be uploading these in stages as I have a TON of movies. Plus by doing it this way means I’ve got a steady flow of content throughout the year. This also helps me a lot as I’m becoming a dad so knowing I’ve got content to film will make it easier for me to do.

Ah not to worry, it wasn’t on the HMV website and when I searched it nothing came up so I just assumed. Still a great deal in my opinion. No idea why it’s going for more on eBay if it’s on Arrow?

@@damovieinsider you know what the scalpers on ebay are like! They love to rip people off. There probably aren't enough copies left for Arrow to redistribute copies to HMV, it has been out 10 months now but most people just kept the blu ray edition because its identical.

The Creator was one of my favourite films of 2023 and I love the art of Matt Ferguson, actually have a signed one sheet of his for the ROTJ 40th anniversary. I’ve not seen Babylon, the run time has always put me off so I’ll keep an eye for your score on Letterboxd

I have to be honest, for me Blue Beetle was one of the worst films of 2023, I liked him but the family, the main antagonist, very poor, maybe I was having a bad day? Elf set looks great, always nice when you can grab a limited edition piece You definitely did better than me on Christmas, no pops, no physical media, plenty of socks

Oh really? Fair enough mate. See for me DC had a really bad year, I was surprised how much I enjoyed Blue Beetle. It was nowhere near my top 10 or anything but I did have a fun time with it. I really like both steelbook designs, they did good to be fair. The Elf set is really cool, pretty chuffed I managed to get a copy. Oh well socks are great, I definitely got a few pairs myself 🧦😂 Hope you had a good one mate, all the best for the New Year as well 🎉

@davidmckee2898 Yeah I’ll watch it again. I’ve only watched it once and I wasn’t a fan. Who knows maybe on rewatch it’ll grow on me. That’s the beauty of buying movies. They are there to be rewatched whenever.

It’s an awesome set mate, really interesting find for sure! I’m set on GOTGV3 so far, seen it a few times and it’s just so well done. The story and direction is fantastic. I did love SpiderVerse though, so good!
