    I am not sure on civil war/reproduction fabrics as I have not taken that plunge yet, though I do love the fabrics😉 I don't think it would be as it has very modern designs such as the squirrels ECT, but I could be wrong😔 Please do let us know what you find out on this🌹

    @veraweeks8534 I have a very small house and am disabled as well so I bought a felt back plastic tablecloth at Walmart. I tac it up on a wall so the felt side is facing out and use it as a design wall. I can take it down and it packs away really easily. Maybe you could do this♡

    I must correct that comment, it was 1 yard approximate of both colors. I have 13" left on the 1 yard piece, but though I had ordered 1 yard, I do not know if they left a tad extra when they cut it, I apologize😉

    Pretty quilt, like the simplicity of the pattern. I can never get my batting to match when I piece it. One side always comes out longer even when they originally match. What am I doing wrong?

  • @SewGrannySew
    @SewGrannySew2 ай бұрын

    Thank you🌹 Are you using poly batting or the cotton? Make sure you are squaring up your quilt top before sandwiching with batting and backing. I find the cotton poly batting to work best for me, as it does not stretch as badly with the scrim in it.
