  Right now, I am currently reading Atomic Habits and to me it is so good. I haven't gotten to the habit guide yet but his story of the unfortunate that happened to him was so entertaining. I definitely recommend giving the book a try if you haven't already ☺💗

  I actually ended up loving Divine rivals hehe, and it was fairly easy to get into.. but I didn't read the second one because everyone said it wasn't good 😭

  It’s healthy to rearrange and change up things. It can be both good or bad because it affects your emotional health. The more the better/the less the worse OR the less the better/the more the worse. It is like a cognitive thing that deals with our environment and attachment on how we want to adapt and evolve throughout the new transformation. Hope that answered your question M!!   Thank you for making this video, often i find change very stressful and annoying if I'm not mentally prepared, even if its not happening to me.
