I’m gonna be honest here. I’m a Mathews guy through and through. But I’m not above looking around at other bows. Each year I consider the possibility that I might get something from another company. And the one that I like most is always Bear archery. Often times they have the best packages for the beginner and the guy in between. I really like what they represent and where that company started. I hope it stays around forever
Ive just started out My main purpose is to document my transition from rifle to bow and teach guys that might not have friends or family to learn from to hunt and track in Australia and even abroad. Hopefully fast track their success in bowhunting and make it a cheaper easier and more enjoyable experience.
Just picked up a SS34. Couldn't afford it last year was able to get it this year. I love the draw. Will be used for bowhunter class shooting locally.

I bought two last season. Not very impressed! They're not as simple to use as they say with all hooks and such. They also don't stay put very well I've never had blinds blow around so easy. I think the flexible fabric catches more wind?
But how about long walks?
Bought one of these last year. Was a former display model with the sling and peep site missing and got it for $275. Absolutely love it!
Which has a smoother draw? Alaskan XT or this one? Do you sell them??

I remember being a freshman in college, where we actually had an archery class and you could use your own compound. I really wanted a Darton or Hoyt because I loved their camo patterns. Ended up going PSE because most of my friends used those...thanks for sharing

Put a Hoyt grip it’s the best grip in general you don’t need upgrade the grip on Hoyt

I hate that peep it’s awful I have it on my bow currently it pops off and you end up having to go instinctive mode no great for hunting

Mine isn’t on chart. My bow’s tear goes left & up like at a 45 degree angle. However, my bow shoots perfect at 100 yards. Shot fixed blade at 60 perfect🤷🏼♂️
I use pee from a deer farm, killed a 160 inch 10 point last year using it. Same thing, had my tinks drag and he followed it right into deaths circle. Smoke city
